Szkolenie personelu lotniczego jest przedsięwzięciem trudnym do realizacji i bardzo kosztownym. W celu jego ułatwienia i ograniczenia kosztów, od wielu lat stosowane są symulatory, początkowo wykorzystywane do szkolenia personelu latającego a w ostatnich latach do szkolenia personelu technicznego. Wychodząc naprzeciw potrzebom, podjęto próbę opracowania symulatora diagnostycznego, przeznaczonego do szkolenia personelu technicznego. Artykuł prezentuje koncepcję takiego symulatora, od założeń do zadań i proponowanych możliwości tego urządzenia. Ponadto w artykule zawarto analizę struktury technicznej symulatora.

The training of airborne staff is a specialized project which is difficult and very expensive. In order to facilitate the operation and to limit costs for a lot of years are used simulators. Initially they were used to pilots training and in recent years to train maintenance staff. To meet needs, an effort to develop diagnostic simulator was undertaken. The paper presents a conception of the simulator, from an idea to tasks and capabilities of the device. Apart from the paper contains an analysis of technical structure of simulator.

New challenges faced by the professional education are primarily dependent on the nature and character of the contemporary socio-economic transformation. The currently promoted vision of a “knowledge worker” is closely linked with the idea of the learning organization treating human resources as capital assets responsible for its development and market competitiveness. The approach to the learning organization presented in the article clearly indicates the need for a permanent training of workers, whose effectiveness depends on the skillful training cycle management of the organization. The reflections on the training cycle management of the learning organization presented in the publication were referred to the three thematic areas, namely the essence and basic principles of the learning organization, the main determinants of effective training activities and the basic steps of the training process management. These three areas indicate an interdisciplinary approach to the problem of the training cycle management of the learning organization based on the management theory, human resources theory and pedagogy of work, mainly vocational education.

Rozwój techniki nauczania jest nieuniknionym procesem, wywołanym zmianami w większości dziedzin życia i bardzo szybkim rozwojem technologii komputerowych. Powszechna zamiana klasycznych konspektów na prezentacje komputerowe i symulatory jest powiewem nowych czasów. Dla WSOSP w Dęblinie, jednym ze zwiastunów nowych metod nauczania jest opracowany wspólnie z ITWL w Warszawie Komputerowy system Dydaktyczny "SOWA", przeznaczony do szkolenia personelu eksploatującego statki powietrzne. Artykuł prezentuje założenia systemu, jego strukturę i możliwości oraz wnioski użytkowników.

There are already a number of computer developments that change the most areas of life. Rapid teaching procedure progress is envitable. Virtual display have generally swapped paper teaching schedule. Multimedia didactic system "SOWA" created by engineers from The Air Force Academy in Dęblin cooperated with The Air Force Institute of Technology has been targeted at teaching pilots and maintenance engineers. This paper presents considerations, environment and ability of such system. It also applies benefits derived by trained personnel.
