W artykule przedstawiono wybrane procedury decyzyjne bazy danych geologicznych JBDG związane z zarządzaniem bazą, transferem danych oraz połączeniami z bazą BDW, wzbogacone o dodatkowe rozwiązania programowe. Zmodernizowane procedury uwzględniają możliwości środowiska Windows, potrzeby przygotowania i przesyłania danych i służą do realizacji zadań geologiczno-górniczych eksploatowanych złóż, głównie węgla brunatnego.

The article presents selected decision-making procedures of the JBDG geological database related to database management, data transfer and connections with the BDW database, enriched with additional software solutions. The modernized procedures take into account the capabilities of the Windows environment, the needs of data preparation and transfer, and are used to perform geological and mining tasks of the exploited deposits, mainly lignite.

W artykule przedstawiono rozbudowę funkcji użytkowych JBDG o dodatkowe rozwiązania programowe związane z geologicznogórniczym systemem MineScape w zakresie eksportu i importu wykorzystywanych danych. W ramach modernizacji wybranych funkcji użytkowych bazy JBDG zmodyfikowano aplikację JbdgMine programu Aktualizacja oraz rozbudowano strukturę zapisu zbiorów powierzchni trójkątowych. Nowe rozwiązania programowe pozwalają na realizację zadań, zapewniając poprawne interpretacje danych oraz zgodność formatów danych w obu systemach.

The article presents the extension of the JBDG database utility functions with additional software solutions related to the MineScape geological and mining system in the field of data export and import. As a part of the modernization of the selected utility functions of the JBDG database, the JbdgMine application of the Update program was modified and the structure of recording sets of triangular surfaces was expanded. The new software solutions enable the execution of tasks, ensuring correct data interpretations and compliance of data formats in both systems.

In appraisal of the market value of a real property the main focus is done on studies of the real properties market and selection of adequate data - the features characterizing the real properties which are being appraised. The selection of features is done individually by the appraiser on the bases of his knowledge and experience. As consequence of the above the following questions were risen: 1. Which features of real properties used for appraisal have the major influence on the behavior of clients in the market and their readiness to pay the transaction price?. 2. What level of quality and precision of data collection and processing should be maintained to satisfy the needs of appraisal, i.e. that the appraised value is closest to the sales price? The authors of this paper have tested the local real properties market to answer the above questions. Also, the sensitivity analysis of real property value to changes in accuracy and precision of input data for appraisal of that value performed. In the following paper the authors present the results of their studies as well as the conclusions and observations generated during the researching work.
