In rye and potato worts produced on distillery at Mordy and Krzesk Majątek near Siedlce the content of d.m. (g. dm-3) and the concentration of B, Cu, Mn, Mo, Zn, Co, Li (mg. kg-1 d.m.) were determined by means of common analitycal methods as used in agriculture. In the rye wort the content of d.m. was 49,5 g . dm-3 and the values of determined elements and their ranges, specified in parenthesis, were as follows: B - 33,4 (32,3-34,5); Cu - 72,0 (45,2-141,0); Mn - 164 (135-203); Mo - 0,413 (0,317--0,550); Zn - 141 (112-182); Co - 0,537 (0,496--0,582); Li - 5,69 (2,55-7,77). In potato wort the content of d.m. was 60,3 g. dm-J and the values of determined elements and their ranges, specified in parenthesis, were as follows: B - 43,4 (42,5 44,4); Cu - 98,8 (69,9 - 118); Mn - 32,3 (29,0-35,5); Mo - 0,3 I 3 (0,225-0,415); Zn - 60, I (58,2-62,0); Co 0,737 (0,663--0,819); Li - 28,0 (14,9-34,6).
