Bazą montażu systemów elektronicznych wykrywania, śledzenia i niszczenia celów powietrznych PZA LOARA jest podwozie o oznaczeniu PWU-148. Integracja tych systemów z podwoziem pozwoliła na uzyskanie wynikowych parametrów prototypu urządzenia. Modyfikując konstrukcję podwozia doprowadzono do uzyskania w fazie partii próbnej, wyrobu o polepszonych parametrach pracy. W referacie opisano ogólną budowę wyrobu PWU-148 oraz główne kierunki działań prowadzących do udoskonalenia parametrów taktyczno-technicznych.

The PZA LOARA artillery anti-aircraft system components are integrated with the PWU-148 chassis to achieve the required characteristics of the mock-up. The chassis of the experimental production lot was modified what resulted in improving of its functional characteristics. The general structure of PWU-148 chassis and the main directions of activities to improve its tactical-technical characterictics are presented in the paper.

The characteristics of the main areas of the armed forces development is continued in Part 2 of the article and the transformations of the remaining ones - armament and equipment and also the functions and principles of their actions have been discussed. Technological problems have been considered in the area of reconnaissance (total character, precision, depersonalisation), destruction effectiveness (improving techniques and technologies, entering new areas, universal as-sets, “cyber war”) and protection against enemy actions (camouflage, platearmour, robotic battle field). Four basic directions of the military technology development, i.e. mobility, destruction force, universal and multifunctional character and resistance have been presented. The changing nature of the armed forces and war results in transformations not only in battlefield instruments. The battlefield shrinks in the space and temporal dimensions (condensation and compression of time-space). The balance of battlefield energy and information factor allows for more sophisticated and flexible intermediate and manoeuvre actions. The border between a classical defence and assault fades (focal-spatial character of actions, enlarged and non-linear battlefield). The synergetic integration of armed and non-military actions develops.

W artykule przedstawiono stan aktualny i perspektywy wyposażenia WP w uzbrojenie i sprzęt w skład, którego wchodzą urządzenia termowizyjne. Analizę oparto o Program Przebudowy i Modernizacji SZ RP. Analizę stanu i perspektyw krajowych odniesiono do stanu i perspektyw rozwoju tego uzbrojenia na świecie wskazując na istniejące i przewidywane różnice.

The existing situation and perspectives for equipping of Polish Armed Forces with weapons consisted of infrared imagers are presented in the paper. The analyses is based on Polish Armed Forces Restructuring and Upgrading Program. The analyses of the status and perspectives is compared to world trends for such weapons and differences both existing and expected are also presented.

The paper presents realisation of technology procedures proposals by repairing activities at a production unit as a military base type with respect to ISO 9000 standards. The first part describes the logistics information system with respect to centralised planning and management systems typical for an army practice. The second part characterises possible ways of the distribution of interlocked operations. At the end of the paper there is described the example of the possible proposal of the part of technology operation. The suggested model was virtually realised and applied at the military repairment practice.

W referacie przedstawiono propozycje procedur technologicznych mogących mieć zastosowanie w naprawie i produkcji urządzeń będących na wyposażeniu wojska z uwzględnieniem standardów normy ISO 9000. W pierwszej części opisano logistyczny system informatyczny skojarzony z wymogami centralnego planowania i urządzania, typowy dla praktyki wojskowej. W drugiej części scharakteryzowano możliwe do zastosowania procedury operacji. Na zakończenie referatu podano możliwą propozycję algorytmu w części dotyczącej technologii operacji. Przedstawiony model może mieć zastosowanie w praktycznej realizacji napraw urządzeń będących na wyposażeniu wojska.
