W pracy przedstawiono obliczenia dotyczące wielokryterialnej metody wspomagania decyzji odnośnie sposobu zagospodarowania działki z przeznaczeniem pod działalność agroturystyczną. Do analizy wielokryterialnej przyjęto prosty model analizowania rozwiązań z zakresu gospodarowania przestrzenią metodą MAUT. W obliczeniach uwzględniono różne wagi wynikające z odmiennych punktów widzenia na zagospodarowanie agrofarmy przez inwestora i agroturystę.

The paper presents calculation the Multiple Criteria Decision Analysis of concepts of a building site planning for the farm tourism. For the multi-criteria analysis a simple model using the MAUT method was adopted. The calculations take into account different weights resulting from different viewpoints for the farm tourism management by the investor and farm tourist.

Pomimo działań podejmowanych na rzecz nowych członków Unii europejskiej (EU), wciąż widoczne jest zróżnicowanie rozwoju jej dwóch głównych regionów - zachodniego i wschodniego. wynikające z tego zróżnicowania problemy gospodarcze, ekonomiczne i społeczne dotykają całą wspólnotę. Przeprowadzone badania wstępne wykazały, że koopetycja MSP oraz zwiększenie potencjału analitycznego danych poprzez ich współdzielenie i integrację, mają znaczący wpływ na skuteczność strategii konkurencyjności oraz trwałość efektów jej wdrożenia. na tej podstawie zaproponowano opracowanie koncepcji platformy cyfrowej, której celem jest zapewnienie komunikacji pomiędzy partnerami koopetycyjnymi, umożliwienie bezpiecznego gromadzenia i współdzielenia zasobów danych, a także świadczenia usług analitycznych i doradczych w zakresie strategii konkurencyjności. koncepcja ta zakłada różnice w lokalizacji, poziomie wiedzy, kompetencji i umiejętności, możliwościach finansowych oraz kadrowych, a także w poziomie zaawansowania technologicznego poszczególnych jej użytkowników. Celem jej realizacji jest zmniejszenia wpływu tych różnic, które nie ulegną zmianie w perspektywie wieloletniej, na zdolność do stabilnego i zrównoważonego rozwoju konkurencyjności w poszczególnych grupach, regionach i krajach UE.

Despite the actions in favor new members of the european Union (EU), still visible is the diversity of the development of its two main regions - western and eastern. resulting from this economic and social problems affect the whole EU community. Preliminary research showed that coopetition of sMes and increasing the analytical potential of data through their sharing and integration, have a significant impact on the effectiveness of strategy results and durability of its implementation. On this basis it was proposed the development of a digital platform concept what aim is to facilitate communication between coopetition partners, enabling safe collection and sharing of data resources, and the supply of analytical and advisory services in the field of competitive strategy. Przedmiotem artykułu jest zintegrowany system wspomagający proces nadzorowania obiektu technicznego z uwzględnieniem wymaganego poziomu bezpieczeństwa i niezawodności eksploatacyjnej. Utrzymanie akceptowalnego stanu technicznego maszyn i urządzeń wymaga od użytkownika właściwych decyzji będących skutkiem ciągłego i okresowego monitorowania zmian ich parametrów eksploatacyjnych. Istotnym zagadnieniem jest cyfrowe pozyskiwanie danych z procesu eksploatacji obiektu i budowanie wielodostępnych baz danych.

Paper deals with the knowledge acquisition process for the probabilistic expert systems. We assume that the knowledge base of the decision support system is delivered from the unreliable sources. In the paper we propose the idea of the knowledge quality management and we present the modification of the probabilistic rule-based decision algorithm (based on the Bayes formulae).

Medical knowledge-based systems are increasingly accepted as diagnostic and therapeutic decision making support tools in clinical practice. These systems deal with a particularly complicated problem domain area. For any medical domain encompassing more than a small number of diseases, manifestations, or therapeutic alternatives, such systems will necessarily embody a high degree of complexity. In addition, medical knowledge is uncertain and incomplete in nature, and the concepts used to denote medical entities are vague. To encompass these invariants of medical knowledge, a number of different formal and heuristic models have been developed. This paper provides a brief survey of formal and heuristic approaches including commercially available medical decision support systems applied to knowledge modeling and problem-solving under uncertainty in medicine. As will be demonstrated, also many of these systems involve heuristic principles. In their own research, the authors have focussed on fuzzy-based approaches. It could be demonstrated that fuzzy set theory and fuzzy logic are appropriate tools to deal with the uncertainty, vagueness, and even incompleteness of medical knowledge. The paper describes the basic concepts of fuzzy set theory and gives an update on some recent enhancements and refinements of the fuzzy knowledge and reasoning model. The rationale for these refinements will be discussed.
