Technical and technological support of the technology of activatingthe process of gasification of thin coal seams

According to the tests results of the technology of reverse jet flow, tobalancethe geometric and physical parameters of the active zones of the reaction channel of the underground gas generator during the gasification of low-power coal seams. The parameters of activation of the oxidizing and reducing zones of the fire blowout were established, taking into account the outgassing of the coal seam in space and time, the impactof mining and geological parametersas well asgeotechnical and thermochemical processes, securing the evenadvance of the fire blowout along the length of the reaction channel of the underground gas generator. It was established that the intensification of the gasification process of thin and ultrafine coal seams increases the quantitative and qualitative parametersof exothermic and endothermic reactions, which have an impacton increasing the efficiency of the underground georeactor and determines the quality parametersof the gasification product.

Interkosmos - the international space research program - is multilayered; it covers a variety of aspects: political, scientific, economic, propaganda, technical, etc. In the article, the authors provide insight into technical support for the Interkosmos program carried out at the Dnepropetrovsk Space and Rocket Center. The engineering background for the conversion of the Center-developed military rocketry for use in space exploration is studied. The authors, relying on the recollections of the participants, reveal the little-known aspects of the creation of a powerful satellite development facility at the Dnepropetrovsk Space and Rocket Center. The article brings into the foreground the importance of KB Yuzhnoye’s idea of developing a ‘unified spacecraft’, meaning a space platform where it was possible to install miscellaneous devices for pursuing a wide range of scientific issues. Using the example of Poland and India, some results obtained during launches of unmanned and manned spacecraft under the Interkosmos program are studied. The participation of the mentioned countries in the creation process of many scientific instruments for implementation of the Interkosmos program and the importance of this research and design direction are accentuated.

Międzynarodowy projekt badań kosmicznych Interkosmos składał się z wielu elementów; w jego funkcjonowaniu można wyodrębnić różne aspekty: polityczny, naukowy, ekonomiczny, propagandowy, techniczny etc. W artykule autorzy przedstawiają techniczny wykład Dniepropietrowskiego Ośrodka Kosmiczno-Rakietowego w program Interkosmos. Artykuł omawia techniczne zagadnienia przekształcenia produkowanych w Ośrodku rakiet wojskowych do wykorzystania w eksploracji kosmosu. Autorzy, opierając się na wspomnieniach uczestników tych wydarzeń, opisują mało znane aspekty utworzenia prężnych zakładów produkujących satelity w Dniepropietrowskim Ośrodku Kosmiczno-Rakietowym. Artykuł podkreśla znaczenie rozwijanej w Biurze Projektowym Jużnoje idei stworzenia „zunifikowanego statku kosmicznego” - podstawy konstrukcyjnej, na której można by instalować różne instrumenty do rozwiązywania szerokiego wachlarza problemów badawczych. Na przykładzie Polski i Indii zostały przedstawione wyniki, które uzyskano podczas bezzałogowych i załogowych misji kosmicznych w ramach programu Interkosmos z zaznaczeniem udziału tych krajów w opracowaniu instrumentów naukowych służących programowi oraz znaczenie tego kierunku badań i rozwoju.

The authors suggest the extention of the logistics scope, which will solve a number of problems of the defense industry. The rational use of the logistics tools in the Armed Forces of Ukraine will allow us to use the existing potential, increase the effectiveness of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, improve the security of the country and bring the domestic military economy to a fundamentally new level. The term of military logistics is defined. The article describes basic powers and authorities of the bodies of military management and logistics approaches to logistics in the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

Proponuje się rozszerzenie sfery zastosowań logistyki, która rozwiąże szereg problemów kompleksu obronno-przemysłowego. Racjonalne wykorzystanie narzędzi logistycznych w Siłach Zbrojnych Ukrainy pozwoli wykorzystać istniejący potencjał, zwiększyć efektywność Sił Zbrojnych Ukrainy, zwiększyć bezpieczeństwo kraju i doprowadzić krajową gospodarkę wojskową do zupełnie nowego poziomu, zdefiniować pojęcie logistyki wojskowej. Określono podstawowe kompetencje organów zarządzania wojskowego i określono logistyczne podejścia do logistyki w Siłach Zbrojnych Ukrainy.

Artykuł stanowi próbę zobrazowania potencjału wojsk chemicznych w aspekcie dekontaminacji masowej. Wprowadzeniem do problematyki jest opis struktur wojsk chemicznych Sił Zbrojnych Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej oraz ich roli w systemie ratownictwa chemicznego. Autorzy poprzez analizy wyposażenia pododdziałów wojsk chemicznych dokonują prezentacje wybranych środków i sprzętu wojsk chemicznych. W artykule przedstawione są także obowiązujące w SZ RP procedury likwidacji skażeń ludzi oraz propozycja adaptacji tych procedur w celu przeprowadzenia dekontaminacji masowej.

This article attempts to illustrate the potential of the chemical corps as capability to mass decontamination. Introduction to the problem is the description of the structures the chemical corps of the Polish Armed Forces and their role in the chemical rescue system. The authors through the analysis of the chemical corps troops equipment make presentations of selected decontamination kits, materials and specialized vehicles. There are presented also current in the Armed Forces procedures for decontamination and a proposal to adapt these procedures to perform mass decontamination.
