Content available remote The optimization of costs and the carbon content in cast iron

In the article was introduced the conceptions of the optimization of the cast-iron batch near the use the mathematical programmer MATLAB. The results of industrial tests were showed with the use of the batch from sheet metals. It was showed on the possibility of formulating the tasks of optimizing with the use of the programming linear. It was showed on more effective utilization the power of productive foundries and minimalizing losses coming into being in the result of the inappropriate selection of the raw material composition. The conduct of optimizing the intervention of the fusion of cast iron was talked over.

W pracy wskazano na możliwość zastosowania metody programowania liniowego do ustalania składu wsadu żeliwnego z udziałem ocynkowanych blach. Ponadto poddano analizie oddziaływanie cynku na właściwości żeliwa. Przedstawiono wyniki obliczeń i wstępnych badań optymalizujących wytopy żeliwa z wsadem zanieczyszczonym cynkiem.

The introduced analysis shows on possibility essential zinc influences on porosity, as and the content as well as structure of sulphur dirts of cast iron. The cost-analysis shows however on possibility of procurance of profitable economic effects near utilization to batch of sheet metals with zinc. Problem is essential because definite requirements access on of raw material market be made difficult to fulfilling materials. One of these materials are sheet metals with zinc. The situation forces the casting industry to search new methods of obtention cast iron. The expression the problem of suitable selection of added materials, as task the rope programming, it will permit on more effective utilization the productive power of foundry near minimalizing the nascent in result of inappropriate selection of the raw material composition losses. From here also the test of optimization of process fusion from regard in batch of zinc are presence.
