Researches on wood-polymer composites including polypropylene Moplen HP 548R and wood flour Lignocel S 150TR of concentration equal to 50% were carried out. Exxelor PO of concentration between 0-5% was used as a coupling agent. Individual mixtures were extruded and the extracts after crumbling were injected what resulted in paddle-like moulders of 150 mm long and cross-sections of 10x10 mm. Some specimens were crumbled and injected again. Density, tensile strength and Charpy impact strength were specified for all moulders. It was stated that tensile strength increased together with the increase of coupling agent concentration, whereas Charpy impact strength and density did not change significantly. Double injection positively influenced on the increase of both mechanic properties examined.
Research results of Malen P, S-901 composite with different concentration of wood fillers Lignocel P-Super and C 250 S prepared by means of injection moulding are presented. The influence of twofold recirculation on mechanical properties (tensile strength, impact strength and mass melt flow ratio) was evaluated.
The research of Tipplen K 1048 and Malen P, S-901 composites with various concentration of wood fillers Lignocel P-Super and C 250 S prepared by means of processed in the chamber of Brabender kneader are presented in the paper. The mass melt flow ratio of these composites was evaluated.
