W pracy przedstawiona zostanie analiza struktur wlewków mosiężnych wykonanych w odmiennych warunkach technologicznych. Szczególnej analizie poddane zostaną wtrącenia niemetaliczne oraz charakterystyka ilościowa i jakościowa tworzących się faz. W dyskusji uwzględniony zostanie wpływ powstających twardych wtrąceń na efekty powlekania warstwami ochronnymi.

It was showed the brass refining with the many-carbide reagents introduced in the slag on the metal flow with the slag and gas in to the refining metal. The most interesting was the distribution of the non-metallic inclusions.The paper presents the results of the structure analysis of the brass after carbide slag refining in the industrial conditions. The results of the macrostructure analysis have confirmed the argument on reducing effectiveness of carbide and manganese edition used during CuZn39Pb2 alloy melting. The X-Ray microanalysis of the ingot cross-section has shown considerabIe discrepancies in the disposition of the inclusions. The dispositions of Fe, Ni and Sb have turned to be the most important. The inter-metallic phases appear in the following order: Mn, Fe, Co, Ni, Cu, which is confirmed by the bibliography. Analysis of flow the I and II probe showed on the cracks, mat places and crater places. This effects showed on the great manganese influences there are introduced in to the slag positions as D1 and D2.
