A prototype of a DSP-based instrument for in-service transmitter power measurements is presented. The instrument implements a signal-selective algorithm for power measurements that is suitable for use in wireless environments, where possible uncontrolled interfering sources are present in the radio channel and are overlapped to the signal emitted by the transmitter under test, possibly in both time and frequency domain. The measurement method exploits the principles of cyclic spectral analysis, which are briefly recalled in the paper. Potentialities, as well as limitations of the prototype use are discussed, and the results of experiments with both modulated and unmodulated interfering sources are presented.

W artykule zaprezentowano możliwości rozproszonego systemu pomiarowo-rejestracyjnego wykorzystującego przewodowe i bezprzewodowe pomiarowe przetworniki obiektowe. Scharakteryzowano przetworniki, ich budowę i możliwości oraz program komputerowy opracowany do nadzorowania ich pracy. Program współpracuje z bazą danych oraz pozwala na prezentacje obrazów synoptycznych z naniesionymi wartościami pomiarów z przetworników. Przedstawiono również przykładowe obszary zastosowań systemu.

In the paper possibilities of measurement-registration system using wired and wireless measurement object transducers were presented. Transducers, their construction and possibilities together with information system do supervise their work were described. The supervising program works with database and allows presentation of synoptic images with all measurement values from transducers. Exemplary application areas were presented as well.
