Przeciętna zawartość Ag (0,55 ppm) w badanym węglu jest zbliżona, a zawartooeci Sn (3,30 ppm) i W (13,30 ppm) są wyższe od ich przeciętnych zawartości w węglu kamiennym ze złóż świata. Odnotowano kilka tendencji zmian zawartości Ag, Sn i W w węglu w profilu formacji Lublina, w profilu niektórych pokładów węgla oraz po rozciągłości złoża Chełm (pomiędzy 8 otworami wiertniczymi) i Bogdanka (wzdłuż wyrobisk górniczych). Zawartość cyny w węglu koreluje z zawartością Sr, Th, P, La i Ba, a zawartość wolframu z Cr, Co, Cu, Pb, Sc i Ni. Najwyższe zawartości Ag (3,33 ppm) i Sn (4,44 ppm) stwierdzono w pirycie i w markasycie, a W w witrynicie (19,64 ppm). Największy wpływ na zawartość Ag w badanym węglu ma witrynit (50,4%) i minerały ilaste (41,9%), a na zawartość Sn i W w węglu - głównie witrynit (88,2 i 89,2%).

The average contents of Ag (0.55 ppm) in the researched coal are similar to, and the contents of Sn (3.30 ppm) and W (13.30 ppm) are higher than their average contents in the hard coals from around the world. Several trends relating to changes in the contents of Ag, Sn and W in the Lublin Formation coal, in the profiles of some coal seams and along the stretch of the Chełm (between 8 boreholes) and Bogdanka (along mining excavations) deposits were noted. The contents of tin in the coal correlate with the contents of Sr, Th, P, La and Ba, while the tungsten contents with Cr, Co, Cu, Pb, Sc and Ni. The highest contents of Ag (3.33 ppm) and Sn (4.44 ppm) were found in pyrite and marcasite, and W in vitrinite (19.64 ppm). The greatest influence on contents Ag in the researched coal has witrynit (50.4%) and clay minerals (41.9%), and Sn and W contents in carbon-mainly vitrinite (88.2 and 89.2%).
