W referacie przedstawiono propozycję rozwiązania problemu bezpiecznego projektowania, wykonawstwa oraz użytkowania hal stalowych, przewidzianych do wykorzystania w obiektach magazynowych Centralnej Bazy Magazynowej. Koncepcja budowy Centralnej Bazy Magazynowej (CBM) na potrzeby ochrony ludności została opracowana w Biurze ds. Ochrony Ludności i Obrony Cywilnej KG PSP na polecenie Komendanta Głównego Państwowej Straży Pożarnej. Centralna Baza Magazynowa docelowo będzie posiadała funkcje wspierające służby ratownicze podczas prowadzenia działań w obszarze szeroko rozumianej ochrony ludności na terenie kraju i poza granicami.

Proposal of solution of problem of safe design, construction and exploitation of steel halls, which are expected to use in storage objects of Central Storage Base, was presented in this paper. Conception of construction Central Storage Base (CBM – in polish) on requirements of protection of populations was processed in Office for Protection of Population and Affairs Civil Defense on errand of Commander in Chief of the State Fire Department. Central Storage Base will support emergency services during carrying out activities in the area of widely understood protection of populations in country and abroad.

W artykule przedstawiono pewne podejście do badania oceny efektywności obiektów magazynowych w łańcuchach dostaw. Badanie efektywności złożonych systemów tego typu wymaga uwzględnienia szeregu czynników. Założono, że na podstawie badań dotyczących szybkości i niezawodności realizacji zadań można ustalić, czy relacje zachodzące w obiektach magazynowych w łańcuchu dostaw mają odpowiednio wysoki współczynnik niezawodności czy też nie. Zaprezentowano wskaźnik oceny efektywności funkcjonowania obiektów magazynowych w łańcuchach dostaw, przedłożono również ich zapis formalny.

The paper presents an approach to study of assessing the effectiveness of warehouse facilities in supply chains. Determination of effectiveness of complex systems of this type should take into account wide range of issues. The article poses the thesis that based on studies of speed and reliability of execution of tasks it is possible to determine whether the relationships in warehouse facilities in the supply chain have a high enough reliability factor or not. The paper also presents an indicator assessing the effectiveness of the functioning of warehouse facilities in the supply chain, also submitted their formal notation.

W artykule przedstawiono kryteria wyboru lokalizacji obiektów magazynowych w sieci logistycznej. Następnie opisano wybrane metody lokalizacji obiektów magazynowych w sieci dystrybucji. W artykule zaproponowano matematyczne sformułowanie problemu lokalizacji obiektów magazynowych oraz pewne elementy jego zapisu formalnego. W artykule przedstawiono również przykład zastosowania modelu lokalizacji obiektów logistycznych. W związku z tym określono wielkości zadań przewozowych, charakterystykę pojazdów, warianty lokalizacji obiektów magazynowych oraz wyznaczono najlepszą ze względu na przyjęte kryteria lokalizację magazynu.

The article presents criteria of location of warehouses in the logistics network. Selected methods of storage facilities location in distribution network are given. Paper presents a mathematical formulation of the warehouse facilities location problem with certain elements of formal notification. The appropriate example is provided with defined modal characteristics of the vehicles, variants of the location of storage facilities, and determination of the best one according to accepted criteria.

The paper presents an approach to the logistics service for companies by warehouse facilities with different configurations in the logistics network. Through the warehouses it is possible to combine internal logistics functions such as ordering, unloading, product receptions, confectioning, order picking. The occurrence of warehouse facilities and suitable strategy also affects the volume of stocks, because they allow for combine reserves and compensates for fluctuations in demand. Optimal control of the amount of inventory reduces the demand for warehouse space and associates storage costs. The appropriate configuration of the warehouse facilities in the logistics network is therefore critical for effective logistics service of manufacturing companies. In such logistics network, individual subsystems are related to each other by different types of relation. From these interconnections result logistic tasks performed by company logistics system. Their implementation is caused both externally and internally, wherein the first considerations arise from the environment, the other from production. External logistic task is the boundary conditions for storage process in manufacturing company. The configuration of storage process determines the execution of internal logistics tasks for the company. The article also presents the logistics network configuration taking into account both direct and indirect services.
