W artykule zaprezentowano problematykę eksploatacji wózków transportowych, zastosowano elementy teorii niezawodności. Omówiono specyficzne cechy wózków transportowych. Na podstawie uzyskanych danych przeprowadzono badania mające na celu zweryfikowanie obecnego systemu obsługiwania. Sformułowano zalecenia jakie należy przedsięwziąć, aby system ten usprawnić, obniżyć koszty utrzymania wózków transportowych, zmniejszyć częstotliwość napraw, a przede wszystkim wydłużyć ich cykl życia. Zaproponowano dalsze kierunki badań ukierunkowane na ciągle doskonalenie systemu eksploatacji.

The article presents the issue of operation of transport trucks, the elements of the theory of reliability and the specific features of the transport trucks. Based on the obtained data was carried out tests to verify the current system operate. Formulated recommendations to this system improve, reduce the costs of maintaining the supply wagons, reduce the frequency of repair and, above all, to extend their life cycle. Proposed further research directions aimed at constantly improving the system operation.

Wskazano na wykorzystywanie odpowiednich, nowoczesnych urządzeń transportowych i elementów ułatwiających przemieszczanie się, nawet po powierzchniach o zróżnicowanych poziomach.

Authors of the paper presented transport solutions in a warehouse that is important for the safety and effectiveness of the operation of many companies and the distribution of goods and materials used or sold by companies. This article shows you the solution you can successfully combined with improved transport efficiency, adhering to the applicable legislation. A numerical model of existing stair climber with its passenger was built and its operation was analysed through simulations. A modification of the stair climber has been developed on a basis of the simulation studies. The modification depends on equipping the device with additional controllable mechanism the function of which is to change the position of the passenger’s centre of gravity.
