This paper describes a new measurement method (VS model) for determining the quality of online video services relying on modern H.265/HEVC and VP9 codecs. The said method has been developed on the basis of VQuad-HD curves (according to ITU-T J.341). This model does not refer to signal analysis, but protocol analysis instead. The parameters used are: type of video codec, encoding rate, transport technique, packet loss and burst size. The method may be implemented quickly and easily, which is one of the great advantages when using this method to measure QoS.

Przedstawiono gółwne kierunki systemowe rozwoju telewizji sieciowej (internetowej): IPTV, telewizję hybrydową HbbTV i telewizję mobilną jako wyraz postępującego procesu konwergencji telewizji i Internetu. Dokonano przeglądu rozwijanych współcześnie usług telewizji sieciowej. Wskazano główne uwarunkowania rozwoju procesu konwergencji, w tym przede wszystkim rozwój infrastruktury technicznej telekomunikacji (Internetu), stacjonarnej i mobilnej oraz systemów telewizyjnych ultra i super wysokiej rozdzielczości 4K i 8K. Efektem konwergencji będzie w perspektywie zmiana struktury rynku telewizyjnego i jego zawartości programowej.

The paper presents the main directions of the Internet TV development: IPTV, hybrid TV (HbbTV) and mobile TV as the result of the TV and internet convergence. The paper gives the review of the contemporary internet TV services. The main conditions of the convergence development are indicated, first of all the infrastructure telecommunication development (fixed and mobile) and the development of the ultra and super high (4K and 8K) density TV In the some future the convergence will give changed TV market in the transmission structure and program contents.

In this article the requirements to some number of KPI that determine the quality of service (QoS) in 5G networks are formulated. The proposed QoS requirements are based on the analysis of functional requirements to 5G networks and traffic parameters for HD video and massive M2M services, which will be highly demanded in 2020. One of the 5G development paradigms is the network function virtualization (NFV) including cloud radio access and cloud core networks. The authors have proposed the concept of function blocks CQMF and CQCF to control and monitor QoS, which are implemented as part of the 5G network cloud infrastructure.

Zaangażowanie sektora turystycznego w tę formę działalności marketingowej zaowocowało powstaniem rozbudowanej i stosunkowo poprawnie wykorzystywanej mozaiki różnorodnych materiałów wideo. Dostęp do nich możliwy jest dla internautów w dowolnym czasie i z dowolnego miejsca.

Development of video sharing websites, has opened great opportunities for video marketing - communications activities based on the video. It is used by organizations which are responsible for tourism products.
