This paper considers the issue of developing an application for vibration diagnostics of bearings of functional pairs of critical structures, this application should help in monitoring and diagnosing bearings, using vibration signals, without disassembling the functional unit itself. It is known that vibration diagnostics is effective and there is a tendency to reduce the cost of its implementation. Monitoring and diagnostics based on vibration parameters can be applied at any time, even after several years of equipment operation, when the costs of preventive maintenance and repair will exceed the economically justified value. Also, in the work, the basics of the subject area for the development of mobile applications are considered, and a review of existing solutions is made. Requirements for the application for performing vibration diagnostics are formulated. The architecture is designed and the data description for the application of vibration diagnostics is carried out.

W artykule poruszono problematykę opracowania aplikacji do diagnostyki wibracyjnej łożysk par funkcjonalnych konstrukcji krytycznych, która to aplikacja powinna pomóc w monitorowaniu i diagnozowaniu łożysk z wykorzystaniem sygnałów wibracyjnych, bez demontażu samego zespołu funkcjonalnego. Wiadomo, że diagnostyka wibracyjna jest skuteczna i istnieje tendencja do obniżania kosztów jej wykonania. Monitoring i diagnostyka na podstawie parametrów drgań może być stosowana w dowolnym momencie, nawet po kilku latach eksploatacji urządzeń, gdy koszty obsługi prewencyjnej i napraw przekroczą ekonomicznie uzasadnioną wartość. W pracy rozważane są również podstawy tematyki tworzenia aplikacji mobilnych oraz dokonywany jest przegląd istniejących rozwiązań. Sformułowano wymagania dla aplikacji do wykonywania diagnostyki wibracyjnej. Zaprojektowano architekturę i wykonano opis danych dla aplikacji diagnostyki wibracyjnej.

When driving on a road with an uneven surface, the tractor receives shocks and oscillates. The main components that protect the tractor from the dynamic action of the road and reduce fluctuarions and vibrations to an acceptable level are the steered axle and tires. A serviceable steered axle of a wheeled tractor provides optimal controllability, traffic safety, durability and reliability of work. The work with faulty components of the steered axle impairs the controllability and stability of the tractor, reduces the safety of its movement, impairs ergonomic indications. A faulty steered axle contributes to the vibration of the tractor frame, as a result of which riveted and threaded connections are weakened, the alignment of the engine and gearbox is disturbed, and additional loads occur in the body parts. Vibration of the whole tractor accelerates wear and causes breakage of many parts. Therefore, monitoring the technical condition of the steered axle of a wheeled tractor is an actual task in the field of exploitation and repair of equipments. The article presents a method for determining the location of accelerometers for vibration diagnostics of steered axles of wheeled tractors.

Podczas jazdy po drodze o nierównej nawierzchni ciągnik ulega wstrząsom i drganiom. Głównymi elementami, które chronią ciągnik przed dynamicznym działaniem drogi i redukują do akceptowalnego poziomu wahania i wibracje, są oś kierowana i opony. Sprawna oś skrętna ciągnika kołowego zapewnia optymalną sterowność, bezpieczeństwo ruchu, trwałość i niezawodność pracy. Praca z wadliwymi elementami osi pogarsza sterowność i stabilność ciągnika, zmniejsza bezpieczeństwo jego poruszania się, pogarsza ergonomię wskazań. Wadliwa oś przyczynia się do wibracji ramy ciągnika, w wyniku czego osłabione są połączenia nitowane i gwintowane, zaburzone jest osiowanie silnika i skrzyni biegów, a w częściach nadwozia występują dodatkowe obciążenia. Dlatego monitorowanie stanu technicznego osi ciągnika kołowego jest rzeczywistym zadaniem w zakresie eksploatacji i naprawy urządzeń. W artykule przedstawiono metodę wyznaczania położenia akcelerometrów do diagnostyki drganiowej osi k ciągników.

The paper discusses the problem of maintenance of the marine steam turbogenerator sets used in power systems on VLCC type oil tankers. The analysis of operation, monitoring and applied diagnostic methods of a selected turbogenerator working in the AT series waste energy system produced by Mitsubishi is presented. The analysis focuses on the applied maintenance method and its credibility and effectiveness in terms of technical assessment. The results of the performed maintenance actions and applied operational procedures making use of technical diagnostics and supported by a wider range of measurement capabilities of external service are presented and evaluated. The range of the study includes the readiness, reliability and safety of the use of turbogenerators being the result of the maintenance performed in accordance with the applied strategy of operation.

The author presented the essence of vibration diagnostic used for a gear. There is also the idea of a new experiment which refers the diagnostic of a gear at the made research stand and a purpose and results of executing of the entrance research in the paper.
