W artykule przedstawiono możliwości wykorzystania zapisów z kamer video w rekonstrukcji wypadków drogowych. Zaprezentowane zostały zapisy z kamery zamontowanej wewnątrz samochodu, jak również z monitoringu ulicznego. Dostępność tego typu materiałów umożliwia szczegółową analizę zaistniałych zdarzeń drogowych oraz wydanie rzetelnych opinii w sprawach wykonywanych w ramach Zespołu Rzeczoznawców i Biegłych Sądowych Pomorza.

This paper presents possibilities of using video recordings for vehicle accidents reconstruction. The records presented were taken from a camera mounted inside a car, as well as from traffic monitoring. The availability of this type of material enables detailed analysis of vehicle accidents and allows to give a reliable opinion within the framework of thePomeranian Association of Appraisers and Forensics.

Comparative Studies of Roughness of the Frictional Elements of Bicycle Braking System

The paper presents the comparative analysis of contact roughness between friction surfaces of brake pads, which were fastened to the bicycle frame, and friction surfaces of the element of the wheel rim. The following temporary hypothesis was formulated: on the basis of the measured geometry of the surface irregularities of the elements, it is possible to determine which rim surface cooperated with the left and right brake pad. The proposed method of comparison of the roughness profiles of the frictional braking elements can be useful and appropriate for analyzing some types of vehicle accident reconstructions.
