A calculation algorithm of recovery gas turbine set for variable gas fuel composition has been presented. The change of physical properties of combustion flue gases was taken into account in flow capacity equations that describe the changed operation conditions of an expander. A relationship describing the change of recovery rate of counter-flow recovery exchanger in function of temperature as well as air and combustion flue gases fluxes. On the basis of the algorithm developed the calculations were made of the set (i.e. the set designed to burn the methane) fed with biogas of various calorific values. Conclusions have been drawn as an effect of calculations results analysis.
