Rzeczoznawca majątkowy ustalając wartość rynkową prawa do gruntu zabudowanego obiektem budowlanym o złym stanie technicznym, analizuje zasadność zastosowania metody kosztów likwidacji podejścia mieszanego wyceny nieruchomości. Powstaje wtedy kwestia ustalenia wartości materiałów porozbiórkowych oraz kosztów rozbiórki. Autorzy skupili uwagę na problemie ustalenia całkowitych kosztów rozbiórki, generowanych głównie przez przyjętą technologię rozbiórki i możliwości odnośnie zagospodarowania odpadów pochodzących z materiałów porozbiórkowych, a także kosztów bezpieczeństwa i higieny pracy pracowników i osób postronnych. Zwrócili uwagę na istotne elementy towarzyszące rozbiórce obiektów budowlanych obejmujące m.in. problematykę gospodarowania odpadami budowlanymi.

A real estate appraiser, when determining the market value of the legal rights to land with a building structure that is of a poor technical condition, analyses the validity of applying the liquidation cost method of the mixed approach to property valuation. The question of determining the value of post-demolition materials and the costs of the demolition then arises. The authors focused on the problem of determining the total costs of a demolition, which are mainly generated as a result of the adopted demolition technology, the management of waste from post-demolition materials, and the incurred costs of the occupational health and safety of employees and bystanders. They also drew attention to important elements that are associated with the demolition of buildings, including construction waste management.

The effect of foliar feeding with four biostimulants with active substances (Ecklonia maxima algae extract, titanium, humic substances, plant hormones: auxin and cytokinin) on the chlorophyll content and plant height of three Solanum tuberosum cultivars was investigated. A field experiment was carried out in 2015–2017 in eastern Poland in three growing seasons using the split-plot method. The cultivated varieties significantly differentiated the chlorophyll content (SPAD index) and plant height. The research showed the influence of varieties and many years of research on the height of potato plants. The biostimulants increased the value of the SPAD coefficient and the height of the potato plants.

A field experiment was conducted in Międzyrzec Podlaski, (51°59’ N and 22°47’ E), Poland in the period from 2015 to 2017. The experiment was a two-way random split-plot arrangement of plots with three replicates. The following factors were examined: three varieties of potato – Honorata, Jelly, Tajfun, and four variants of application of biostimulants (Kelpak SL, Titanit, GreenOk, BrunatneBio Złoto). The control object comprised potato plants sprayed with distilled water. Biostimulators were applied to potato plants three times (beginning of flowering, full flowering and after flowering of the plants). The aim of the study was to determine the effect of biostimulants on the content and uptake of zinc and copper with the yield of potato tubers. High amount of rainfall in 2017 contributed to an increase in the content of zinc and copper in potato tubers. The tubers of potatoes treated with BrunatneBio Złoto had the highest contenting uptake of Zn and Cu compared to the control plants. The content of microelements in the tubers was significantly dependent on the genotype. The highest concentrations of Zn and Cu were found in the Honorata tubers, and the largest uptake was observed in the Jelly variety.

W artykule przedstawiono postępowanie zmierzające do wyłonienia właściwej kolejności wdrożenia rozważanych wariantów poprawy warunków pracy na wybranym przykładowym stanowisku roboczym. Przedstawiono przyjęte kryteria, wprowadzono ograniczenia związane z określaniem różnych wariantów rozwiązań. Dokonano określenia obszaru rozwiązań optymalnych w sensie Pareto z wykorzystaniem metody Yagera. Zaproponowana metoda może być zastosowana przy ocenie ergonomii stanowisk pracy w górnictwie.

The article presents the procedure for identifying the correct sequence of implementing of options of the improvement of working conditions under consideration at the selected sample workplace. Adopted criteria have been presented; restrictions related to the determination of different variants of solutions have been introduced. Determining of the area of optimal solutions in the sense Pareto was performed, using the Yager's method. The proposed method can be used during assessing of the ergonomics of workplaces in the mining industry.

Na podstawie 143 zdjęć fitosocjologicznych, wykonanych w latach 2009–2010 w zbiorowiskach muraw napiaskowych na terenie województwa podkarpackiego i południowo–wschodniej Lubelszczyzny metodą Brauna-Blanqueta, wyróżniono sześć zespołów oraz trzy zbiorowiska, które zaliczono do klasy Koelerio glaucae-Corynephoretea canescentis Klika in Klika et Novak 1941. Na podstawie składu florystycznego zdjęć fitosocjologicznych obliczono metodą fitoindykacyjną Ellenberga średnie wartości wskaźników ekologicznych (L – nasłonecznienie, T – warunki termiczne, F – uwilgotnienie gleby, R – odczyn, N – zasobność gleby w azot), a następnie średnie dla wyróżnionych zbiorowisk. Płaty zespołu Spergulo vernalis-Corynephoretum (R.Tx. 1928) Libb. 1933 dominowały na najlżejszych piaskach nieużytków porolnych niżowych regionów województwa podkarpackiego. Zespoły i zbiorowiska ze związków Koelerion glaucae (Volk 1931) Klika 1935 oraz Vicio lathyroidis-Potentillion argenteae Brzeg in Brzeg et M. Wojt. 1996 występowały głównie na Lubelszczyźnie. Zbiorowiskiem pośrednim między fitocenozami związków Corynephorion Klika 1934 i Koelerion glaucae (Volk 1931) Klika 1935 był Festuco-Thymetum serpylli (R.Tx. 1928) Kornaś 1957. Najmniej zaawansowanym w rozwoju sukcesyjnym był pionierski zespół Spergulo Corynephoretum typicum (R.Tx. 1928) Libb. 1933 Czyżewska 1992 typicum w wariancie typowym, a najbardziej – zespół Diantho-Armerietum Krausch 1959. Skład gatunkowy wyróżnionych zespołów i zbiorowisk bardziej różnicowały czynniki edaficzne niż klimatyczne ocenione metodą fitoindykacyjną. W fitocenozach badanego terenu stwierdzono 142 gatunki roślin naczyniowych oraz 15 gatunków mchów i porostów. Zagrożeniem dla muraw zespołu Spergulo vernalis-Corynephoretum R.Tx. 1928) Libb. 1933 jest sukcesja leśna oraz budownictwo mieszkaniowe i rekreacyjne, a dla pozostałych dodatkowo wydobywanie piasku, deptanie oraz zrywanie gatunków leczniczych.

Based on 143 phytosociological relevés made in 2009–2010 in the grassland communities developer on sands in the Podkarpacie province and in SE part of Lubelskie province we distinguished six associations and three communities assigned to the class Koelerio glaucae-Corynephoretea canescentis Klika in Klika et Novak. Based on floristic composition we calculated average values of Ellenberg ecological indices (L – insolation, T – thermal conditions, F – soil moisture, R – soil reaction, N – nitrogen availability) for the phytosociological releves and then the averages for the distinguished communities. The association of Spergulo vernalis-Corynephoretum (R.Tx. 1928) Libb. 1933 dominated on lightest sands of post-agricultural fallows in lowland parts of the Podkarpacie province. The associations and communities of the Koelerion glaucae (Volk 1931) Klika 1935 and Vicio lathyroidis-Potentillion argenteae Brzeg in Brzeg et M. Wojt. 1996 alliances occurred mainly in the Lubelskie province. Festuco-Thymetum serpylli (R.Tx. 1928) Kornaś 1957 was an intermediate community lin king phytocoenoses of the Corynephorion Klika 1934 and Koelerion glaucae (Volk 1931) Klika 1935 alliances. While the least advanced in successional development was a pioneering association of Spergulo Corynephoretum typicum (R.Tx. 1928) Libb. 1933 Czyżewska 1992 typicum in the typical variant, the most advanced was the community of extensive meadows with Dianthus delthoides. According to the phytoindication, the species composition of distinguished associations and communities was more diversified by the edaphic than by climatic factors. We identified as many as 142 species of vascular plants and 15 species of mosses and lichens in the distinguished associations and communities. Housing and recreational development pose major threat to grasslands of the Spergulo vernalis-Corynephoretum R.Tx. 1928) Libb. 1933 association, and sand exploitation, trampling and collection of medicinal plants to the other phytocoenoses.

Ocena różnego typu przedsięwzięć inwestycyjnych ze względu na ich złożoność jest szczególnie trudna. Dotyczy ona wyboru różnych wariantów rozwiązań opisanych przez wskaźniki techniczno-ekonomiczne, wyrażone w określonych jednostkach. Polega m.in. na właściwym zdefiniowaniu cech danej inwestycji, określanych ilościowo lub jakościowo. W fazie planowania i przygotowania inwestycji często zdarza się, iż wartości pożądane dla niektórych kryteriów mają charakter przybliżony, trudno mierzalny i subiektywny, co wyraża się w m.in. takich stwierdzeniach, jak: "dobry", "znacznie lepszy", itp. Przeanalizowano wybraną grupę metod oceny wielokryterialnej. Zdaniem autora metody te mogą stanowić przydatne narzędzie do oceny przedsięwzięć inwestycyjnych w określonym procesie decyzyjnym.

Assessment of different types of investments and their complexity is particularly difficult. The selection of different variants of solutions are described by the technicaleconomic units. The relevant characteristics of the investment, defined quantitatively or qualitatively, is very important. During the project planning and preparation stage often happens that the desired values of certain criteria are estimated, difficult to measure and subjective, which is stated as "good", "much better", etc. Selected group of multi-criteria evaluation methods was analysed, and according to the author these methods may be a useful tool for the evaluation of investment options in a given decision-making process.

Ocena przedsięwzięcia inwestycyjnego jest podejmowana w celu wyboru najkorzystniejszego spośród różnych wariantów rozwiązań technicznych, użytkowych i ekonomicznych. W fazie planowania i przygotowania inwestycji często zdarza się, iż parametry charakteryzujące poszczególne warianty mają charakter przybliżony, trudno mierzalny i subiektywny. Również oceny spełnienia niektórych kryteriów mają charakter przybliżony, trudno mierzalny i subiektywny, co wyraża się w między innymi takich stwierdzeniach, jak: „dobry”, „znacznie lepszy”, itp. W referacie przeprowadzono analizę porównawczą wybranych metod oceny wielokryterialnej. Uzyskane wyniki mogą być przydatne do wyboru metody oceny przedsięwzięcia inwestycyjnego w określonych uwarunkowaniach procesu decyzyjnego.
