Artykuł przedstawia ideę elastyczności w projektowaniu inżynierskim na przykładzie budownictwa prefabrykowanego/modułowego. Podstawowym założeniem jest możliwość jego adaptacji do wymagań użytkownika. Budownictwo modułowe jest efektywnym narzędziem implementowania idei elastyczności i ułatwia zarządzanie inwestycją w całym cyklu życia.

The article presents the idea of flexibility in engineering design expressed in the form of prefabricated/modular construction. The basic assumption is the possibility of adapting to the user's requirements. Modular construction is an effective tool to implement the idea of flexibility and facilitates the management of investment throughout the life cycle.

This paper presents the research results of identifying and analyzing key requirements for the ESABALT system based on pre-defined user profile groups. These requirements have been identified through multiple sources, which include an electronic survey of potential users of the system, interviews with specialists in navigation, law and computer science, analysis of state-of-the-art in maritime safety procedures, and study of past R&D projects in this field. Finally, these requirements are classified into user level, domain level and system level requirements for easy interpretation while designing the system architecture and its function-al specifications. The presented system specification is discussed.

This research aims at investigating the user requirements at the service level for safe navigation system, following e-navigation strategy implementation plan. The user requirements is surveyed to collect real-time navigational information and then to find out services through the presentation of the collected information. To provide the information on user needs for the system developer, a questionnaire survey has been made. Based on this surveys, this research investigated which navigational information is with higher priority for the safe navigation during ship operation by bridge team in harbour and in coastal and confined.

W artykule przedstawiono wyniki badań wymagań użytkownika związanych z poziomem bezpieczeństwa nawigacji, stosownie do strategii wprowadzania e-nawigacji. Badano oczekiwania użytkowników odnośnie informacji nawigacyjnej dostarczanej w czasie rzeczywistym oraz sposobu jej prezentacji metodą ankietową. Wykonano przegląd kwestionariuszy dla ustalenia informacji o potrzebach użytkownika z myślą o projektantach systemów. Na bazie opisywanych badań ustalono, jakie informacje nawigacyjne cechują się najwyższym priorytetem w opinii użytkowników, zarówno w warunkach żeglugi przybrzeżnej, jak i w porcie lub akwenie ograniczonym.

This paper investigates the issue of mobile commerce focusing success factors that influence its adoption. The purpose of this article is to analyze economic, social and other factors that drive new technology adoption. These factors seem to influence adoption differently. In this article there are m/commerce adopters characterized and divided into three categories based on various roles they play. There is also a hierarchy model of the mcommerce users' requirements stated and m-commerce adoption factors in the existing literature showed.
