Omówiono wybrane typy nawierzchni kolejowej stosowane na obiektach inżynieryjnych w Polsce i na świecie. Jako że w Polsce zgodnie z przepisami obligatoryjnie stosuje się nawierzchnie podsypkowe, szerzej omówiono ich elementy oraz potencjalne problemy, jakie mogą one powodować przy projektowaniu i eksploatacji obiektu mostowego, zwłaszcza przy wzrastających prędkościach pociągów.

The paper discusses selected types of railway tracks used on bridges in Poland and in the world, especially the ballasted track as it has to be obligatorily used according to the guidelines contained in Id-2. The article presents it's basic elements and the potential problems they can cause during the design process and maintenance of the bridge, especially with increasing speed trains.

In this paper, novel pipelined architectures for the implementation of the frequency domain linear equalizer are presented. The Frequency Domain (FD) LMS algorithm is utilized for the adaptation of equalizer coefficients. The pipelining of the FD LMS linear equalizer is achieved by introducing an amount of time delay into the original adaptive scheme, and following proper delay retiming. Simulation results are presented that illustrate the performance of the effect of the time delay introduced into the adaptation algorithm. The proposed architectures for efficient pipelining of the FD LMS linear equalization algorithm are suitable for implementation on special purpose hardware by means of the ASIC, ASIP or FPGA VLSI processors.
