This article presents an original solution in design of an automation device for plastic bottles' caps and its closing operation. This case study comprises a selection of a vibratory bunker, and the design of a helical slider of the bunker that enables proper orientation of the caps. In the further stage, a feeding device, which contains a cam on its end, is developed for the transportation of caps to the guide. The suitable shape of cam's guide leads to a lid closure. The mandrel top is pushed into the dispenser slot at the end of the guide. Such mechanism occurs with the use of upper conveyor belt.
