The work describes structural solutions and tests of geotechnical capacity of innovative monolithic-prefabricated foundations. The investigated foundations were shaped as sloped footing pad foundations intended for the foundation of lattice steel 400 kV OHL transmis-sion towers. Full scale geotechnical field tests according to standard PN-EN 61773:2000 were conducted. The test results were compared with those obtained by the FEM method using advanced nonlinear analysis with Hardening Soil Small (HSS) models.
