The purpose of this article is an attempt to answer the question posed about the special value of railway water towers both as individual objects and as multi-tower complexes. In the course of research based on quantitative and qualitative methods, the research problem was considered in three variants, which are the impacts of towers on the environment, their mutual relations and relations resulting from the saturation of the city with towers. Modeling, statistics and case studies were used in the research, and the results made it possible to formulate answers to the studied problem or at least formulate preliminary hypotheses as a contribution to future research.

Celem niniejszego artykułu jest próba odpowiedzi na stawiane pytanie o szczególną wartość kolejowych wież ciśnień zarówno jako pojedynczych obiektów oraz jako zespołów wielowieżowych. W toku badań opartych o metody ilościowe oraz jakościowe problem badawczy rozważano w trzech wariantach jakimi są oddziaływania wież na otoczenie, ich wzajemnych relacji oraz relacji wynikających z nasycenia miasta wieżami. Do badań posłużono się modelowaniem, statystyką oraz studiami przypadków, a rezultaty pozwoliły sformułować odpowiedzi na badany problem lub przynajmniej sformułować wstępne hipotezy jako przyczynek do przyszłych badań.

The uniqueness and reciprocity theorems for generalized thermo-viscoelasticity with thermal relaxation times

The equations of generalized thermo-viscoelasticity based on Lord-Shulman (L-S), Green and Lindsay (G-L) and Classical dynamical coupled (CD) theories are given. Using Laplace transforms, a uniqueness theorem for these equations is proved. Also, a reciprocity theorem is obtained.
