W pracy zaprezentowano zagadnienia sterowania układami napędowymi z rozbudowaną częścią mechaniczną. Omówiono zagadnienie sterowania predykcyjnego z ograniczeniami i modelem w przestrzeni stanu. Przedstawiono projekt regulatora predykcyjnego dla układu trójmasowego. Zaprezentowano wyniki badań symulacyjnych zaprojektowanego układu. Przeanalizowano wpływ macierzy wagowych Q i R na właściwości badanego układu. Pracę zakończono krótkim podsumowanie.

In the paper the issues related to the control of the drive system with complex mechanical part are presented. The basic idea of the model predictive control (MPC) with limitations and state model is described in the work. The design procedure of MPC for the three-mass system is shown in detail. Then the correctness of the proposed approach is validated in simulation study. The influence of the Q and R matrices on the dynamic properties of the system is tested. The short conclusion is placed in the end of the paper.

W artykule przedstawiono analizę regulatora stanu zastosowanego do układu trójmasowego. Przedstawiono model układu trójmasowego oraz strukturę sterowania z regulatorem stanu dla tego układu. Wyprowadzono zależności analityczne pozwalające uzyskać żądane właściwości dynamiczne. Układ przebadano symulacyjnie.

The article presents an analysis of state controller applied to the elastic three-mass drive system. Is shown a model of the three-mass system and control structure of the state controller for this system. Depending on the analytical derived in order to obtain the desired dynamic properties. The system was tested by simulation.
