We introduce q-nonuniform difference systems and propose q-nonuniform versions of some basic results of complete controllability and observability of linear systems such as criterions of controllability and observability, the q-duality theorem. An optimality necessary condition is also given for the case of the Ramsey model of economic growth.

In the article non-linear regression used to modeling the mixing process of multicomponent, non-homogenous granular blend has been assessed. The quality of mixture was being assessed using the Error Sum of Squares (SSE). To modeling the character of the process during the time a non-linear regression was used basing on harmonic functions.
