Sustainable innovation on urban landscape construction and ecological water environment governance process

In recent years, various cities have continued to build urban landscapes with typical characteristics, but most of the urban landscape constructions are too similar. There is even a problem that the urban landscape is not recognised by the local people, and the same is true for the problem of ecological water governance. This article aims to study the sustainable innovation of urban landscape construction and ecological water environment governance process. To this end, this article proposes fuzzy comprehensive evaluation criteria and goals, through this evaluation system to evaluate the urban landscape construction and ecological water environment management process, and at the same time design experiments to investigate. The experimental results of this paper show that the evaluation system can help improve the urban landscape construction and ecological water environment management. At the same time, the analysis results show that under this evaluation system, urban residents’ satisfaction with the urban landscape has increased by 47 %. At the same time, the effect of water treatment has also been improved, with an improvement effect of 31 %. For the actual governance process, the effect is huge.

Celem pracy jest weryfikacja składowych barwnych mapy satelitarnej przeznaczonej do interpretacji wizualnej z rozróżnieniem użytków zielonych ekologicznych i produkcyjnych. Wykorzystano zdjęcia satelity Landsat wykonane w dwóch terminach: 2011-05-01 i 1999-09-10. Wartość identyfikacyjną kanałów spektralnych ETM4, ETM5 oraz kanału panchromatycznego ETM8 oceniano metodą półautomatycznej klasyfikacji obiektowej. Do próby statystycznie reprezentatywnej dla dwóch mezoregionów (Kotliny Szczercowskiej i Równiny Piotrkowskiej) zastosowano test χ2 w modyfikacji Yates’a. Potwierdzono znaczenie wartości kanału ETM4 pozyskanych z dwóch zdjęć wykonanych w różnych porach roku w interpretacji użytków zielonych ekologicznych i produkcyjnych. Jednak z uwagi na wysoki poziom błędów konieczne jest wykorzystanie wielu cech interpretacyjnych lub weryfikacji terenowej obiektów rozpoznanych jako ekologiczne. Wzmocnienie dwuczasowej kompozycji kanałów ETM4 i ETM5 wartościami kanału ETM8 nie wpływa na możliwość rozpoznania użytków zielonych ekologicznych na podstawie cech barwnych obrazu.

The aim of the work is to verify color components of the satellite maps intended for distinguishing of ecological and production grassland due visual interpretation. Landsat images have been carried out in two dates: 2011-05-01 and 1999-09-10. Semi-automated object classification was performed on the training and test samples using spectral bands ETM4 and ETM5, and panchromatic ETM8. Different pairs of bands were analyzed separately. Test sample were statistically representative for fragments of the two geographical regions: Szczercowska Basin and Piotrkowska Plain. Yates's chi-squared test was applied. Confirmed the importance of the channel ETM4 registered in the two times of the year in the distinction of ecological and production grassland. However, due to a high level of error it is necessary to use more classification cues and/or terrain verification of field sites identified as ecological. Bitemporal composition of ETM4 and ETM5 bands enhanced with ETM8 band does not affect the ability to identify ecological grasslands by colour cues.

Szuwary wielkoturzycowe w dolinie Noteci są jednym z najwyżej cenionych biotopów dla fauny lądowej. Liczne wymogi i zalecenia Programu oraz stosowanie metod ekologicznych zgodnie z przepisami o rolnictwie ekologicznym w Pakiecie 2. Rolnictwo Ekologiczne sprawiają, że biomasa pozyskiwana w gospodarstwach prowadzących produkcję metodami ekologicznymi pod względem odżywczym wykazuje niską jakość. Jest to jednak cenny surowiec do produkcji granulatu i brykietu, który ma zastosowanie jako surowiec energetyczny. Badania granulatu dotyczące wartości energetycznej, ciepła spalania, popiołu i wilgotności oraz składu elementarnego biomasy wykazały jego wysoką wartość opałową - 18,61 MJ/kg i ciepło spalania - 18,96 MJ/kg.

High-sedge rushes found in the Noteć River valley are among the most highly valued biotopes of land fauna. They are characterized by highly-priced natural and landscape values. Due to numerous requirements and recommendations found in the Agricultural-Environmental Program of Package 2; Ecological Farming, the above grasses are of low quality with regard to their fodder value. On the other hand, however, these grasses provide a valuable raw material for the production of pellets and briquettes and find application as fuel in power generating industry. Investigations carried out on pellets to determine their energetic value, heat of combustion, ash and moisture content as well as biomass basic composition revealed their high calorific value 18.61 MJ/kg and heat of combustion (18.96 MJ/kg).
