W artykule omówiono problem jaki stanowią niezagospodarowane obiekty pogórnicze. Duża CZĘŚĆ dawnych kopalń, jak i pozostałości niegdysiejszego przemysłu górniczego jest dziś ruiną stanowiącą zagrożenie lub niszczejącą w zapomnieniu. Przedstawiono pomysły, które mogą pomóc zmienić porastające chwastami ruiny w miejsca chętnie odwiedzane. Obiekty dawnej aktywności przemysłu górniczego, po odpowiedniej adaptacji i odrestaurowaniu ich w ciekawej formie mogą stać się dużą atrakcją turystyczną, czy też rozrywkową.

The issue of unused mining facilities is discussed in this article. Significant number of old mines as well as remains of former mining industry facilities turned into dangerous ruins, often devastated and forgotten. Several ideas which could help turn weed-grown ruins into frequently visited places are presented in the text. Former mining industry facilities could become important tourist attract™ or entertainment centers, once they are adequately adapted and renovated in an interesting way.

W artykule szczegółowo omówiono historię "Złotej Sztolni" koło Zieleńca. Ukazano jej związki ze średniowiecznym górnictwem oraz opisano sposoby wykorzystania turystycznego. Przedstawiono kulturotwórczy wpływ tego obiektu na okoliczną ludność. Scharakteryzowano przebieg i morfologię korytarzy "Złotej Sztolni", zwrócono uwagę na sukcesywne obniżanie się dostępności obiektu powodowane akumulacją materiału detrytycznego nanoszonego do wnętrza.

The article shows a detailed history of the "Golden Adit" near Zieleniec. Its connection with medieval mining and recently proposed ways of practical use for touristic purposes is presented. It is also described an influence of this object into cultural development of people from the adjacent areas. The run and morphology of corridors of the "Golden Adit" is presented in details. Special attention is paid into successively decreasing possibility of access to the object, caused by the accumulation of detritic material transported by the stream which falls into the adit from above its entrance.

W artykule przedstawiono obecny stan prawny funkcjonowania podziemnych tras turystycznych. W Polsce istnieje ponad trzydzieści tego typu obiektów podziemnych, a ich liczba znacząco wzrasta z każdym rokiem. Zasygnalizowano również zagadnienia związane z nieprawidłowym wykorzystaniem istniejących tras spowodowanym brakiem prawidłowego nadzoru górniczego i konserwatorskiego. Referat na ten temat Autorzy artykułu przedstawili na Konferencji Naukowo-Technicznej "Budownictwo Podziemne '2000" w Krakowie.

The article demonstrates the current legal status of functioning of underground tourist routes. There are more than thirty underground objects of this type in Poland. And their number considerably increases each year. The authors also signal the problems connected with incorrect utilisation of existing routes caused by the lack of correct mining supervision and maintenance. The paper on the subject have been presented by the authors at the Scientific-Technical Conference "Underground Construction '2000" in Cracow.
