In this paper, the authors publish their own experimental results of the examination of the different holes (milled, drilled and drilled + shot peened) on the fatigue lifetime of 20MnV6 steel. The experiments were carried out at low-frequency loading (f = 10 Hz, pulsating tension loading) in the region from N = 2×105 up to N = 2×106 cycles. The best fatigue properties were obtained in the parts with drilled + shot peened holes.

W niniejszym artykule porównano eksperymentalne trwałości zmęczeniowe próbek płaskich wykonanych ze stali 10HNAP z trwałościami obliczeniowymi dla obciążeń losowych z niezerową wartością średnią z zastosowaniem metod transformacji amplitud cykli Goodmana i Gerbera, a także kryterium Dang Vana, uśredniania metodą Svensona-Lippa oraz parametru gęstości energii odkształceń.

In the paper, the experimental fatigue lives of plane specimens made of 10HNAP steel have been compared with the calculated lives for random loading with non-zero mean value. The cycle amplitude transformation methods proposed by Goodman and Gerber, the Van Dang criterion, averaging with the Svenson-Lipp method and the strain energy density parameter were used.
