W artykule przedstawione zostały najpopularniejsze aplikacje wspomagające planowanie podróży po mieście. Wybór aplikacji do podróżowania został dokonany na podstawie przeglądu literatury oraz rankingów internetowych. Do porównania przyjęto 8 najbardziej popularnych aplikacji. Zostały one porównane trzema sposobami względem ich najważniejszych funkcji: na podstawie przeglądu zasobów internetowych, na podstawie badań ankietowych przeprowadzonych wśród użytkowników aplikacji oraz z wykorzystaniem jednej z metod wielokryterialnego wspomagania decyzji – metody kompensacyjno- koniunkcyjnej. Uzyskane wyniki pokazały funkcjonalność każdej z aplikacji i wskazały te, które są najczęściej i najchętniej stosowane przez podróżujących.

The article presents the most popular applications supporting urban travel planning. Selection of travel application was based on a literature review and internet rankings. Eight most popular applications have been compared. The applications were compared taking into account their most important functions, there were 3 methods of comparison: based on a review of internet resources, based on surveys carried out among application users, and using one of the multi-criteria decision support means – a compensatory-conjunctive method. Obtained results showed the functionality of all applications, and indicated those the most popular and the most often used.

The article discusses the problem of choosing individual means of transport by urban residents when planning trips. Types and benefits of using alternative means of individual transport in cities were demonstrated. Then the decision-making process of users as well as motivations and transport needs of the population were presented. The aim of the research article was to analyze the preferences of residents in the field of choices for alternative, environmentally friendly means of transport.

W artykule omówiony został problem wyboru środków transportu indywidualnego przez mieszkańców miast podczas planowania podróży. Wykazano rodzaje i korzyści wykorzystywania alternatywnych środków transportu indywidualnego w miastach. Następnie przedstawiono proces decyzyjny użytkowników oraz motywacji i potrzeb transportowych ludności. Celem badawczym artykułu była analiza preferencji mieszkańców w zakresie wyborów dotyczących alternatywnych, proekologicznych środków transportu.

The paper analyses a number of advanced mobile information technologies in the sphere of tourism. A large volume of information has been processed to determine the main areas of development and improvement of tourism mobile information technologies. Mobile information technologies are built both for tourists and for travel agencies. In this paper, information technologies for individual tourists are laid stress on. These are tourist program guides, augmented reality tourist information systems, gamification traveling systems, tourist location based systems and others. The paper offers description of the available mobile software for trip planning and information support of tourists during a trip. It consists of two chapters: the current studies and existing mobile program algorithmic tools. According to the research outcomes, the authors propose to build a new information system for tourists Mobile Tourist Information Assistant. A set of functional features of this system as an integrated information system relying on mobile applications is proposed. The main principle of the system is EVERYTHING, HERE AND NOW.

Przeanalizowano różne kryteria oceny bezpieczeństwa statku na torze wodnym przy oddziaływaniu silnego prądu poprzecznego. Zjawisko okazało się złożone ale możliwe do ujęcia matematycznego. Modelowanie zjawiska i symulacja zachowania się statku w różnych warunkach otoczenia powinno dać wskazania dla projektowania nowych bezpiecznych parametrów torów wodnych i konstrukcji hydrotechnicznych oraz zweryfikowania przepisów lokalnych dotyczących już istniejących torów. Zjawisko będzie najwierniej odzwierciedlone przy zastosowaniu trójwymiarowej domeny statku i trójwymiarowych map elektronicznych. Powyższe badania można rozszerzyć o wpływ większej liczby zakłóceń zewnętrznych oraz opracowanie szczegółowego modelu zachowania się statku. Praca ta będzie przedmiotem dalszych badań autora.

One analyzed different evaluation criteria of the safety of the ship on the fairway at the influence of the transversal strong current. The occurrence proved composite but possible to the mathematical seizure. The modeling of the occurrence and the simulation of the comportment of the ship in different ambient conditions should give indications for the designing of new safe parameters of fairways and engineering constructions and verifying of local regulations concerning already existing tracks. The occurrence will be most retentively reflected at the use of the three-dimensional domain of the ship and three-dimensional electronic charts. Above research can be extended for the influence of the greater number of external disturbances and the elaboration of the detailed model of the behavior of the ship. This work will be a subject of further research of the author.

The role of TTI is an effective supporting the use of transport network for example, in order to improve the capacity and to shorten travel time, delays, fuel consumption. In the time of increasing traffic congestion on the road network, especially on EU freight corridors and in cities, the RDS-TMC deliver the alternatives and it facilitate traveller information by providing powerful travel planning tools. Establishing a national RDS-TMC system is the goal for Poland not only because approaching EURO 2012 but mainly to join to other European countries and as they enjoy the benefits of TMC service. All actions must be supported by the agreement of all players in the information chain which creating the TMC service: ministerial bodies, civil/public services, public road authorities, public broadcasters, road users and industry. Only clear and transparency system of responsibility for maintenance and overseeing could guarantee the high reliability and correct work of TMC service.
