W pracy przedstawiono i przedyskutowano wyniki badań eksperymentalnych dotyczących wpływu obudowy urządzenia elektronicznego na przejściową impedancję termiczną tranzystora mocy MOS umieszczonego w takiej obudowie. Opisano sposób realizacji pomiaru przejściowej impedancji termicznej rozważanych tranzystorów, a także opisano zastosowany układ pomiarowy. Wyznaczono wartości parametrów modelu przejściowej impedancji termicznej badanego tranzystora i przeanalizowano wpływ materiału obudowy na wartości tych parametrów.

In the paper the investigations results concerning the influence of the electronic equipment housing on the transient thermal impedance of the power MOSFET situated in such housing are presented and discussed. The manner of the realization of the measurement of the transient thermal impedance of considered transistors is described, and the used measuring set is presented. Values of parameters of the model of the transient thermal impedance of the investigated transistor are calculated and the influence of a material used for the housing building on the value of these parameters is analysed.

W pracy przeanalizowano wpływ zjawiska samonagrzewania w tranzystorze regulacyjnym na charakterystyki liniowych stabilizatorów napięcia zawierających tranzystor mocy MOS. Przeprowadzono pomiary i obliczenia zależności napięcia wyjściowego stabilizatora oraz temperatury obudowy tranzystora regulacyjnego od napięcia wejściowego oraz rezystancji obciążenia stabilizatora przy różnych warunkach chłodzenia tego tranzystora. Przedyskutowano uzyskane wyniki obliczeń i pomiarów.

In the paper the influence of selfheating in the regulating transistor on the characteristics of the linear voltage regulators including MOS power transistor is considered. Some measurements and calculations of the dependences of the regulator output voltage and the case temperature of the regulating transistor on the input voltage and the load resistance of the regulator for different cooling conditions of the transistor were performed. The obtained results of calculations and measurements are discussed.
