This article presents the design of various mechanisms, the main working element of which is a flexible tubular element. The principle of operation and advantages of flexible elements allowing to create perspective devices and mechanisms are described. The problems of selection of the geometrical parameters of flexible tubular springs and evaluation of the strength characteristics are solved.

Jakość eksploatacji, bezpieczeństwo oraz realizowane zadania przez systemy i urządzenia transportowe (użytkowane w zautomatyzowanych procesach produkcyjnych) w istotnym stopniu zależą od informacji o oczekiwanym działaniu (procesie), czasie jej dostępu oraz poprawności działania systemu decyzyjnego. Przedmiotem wypowiedzi jest metodyka kształtowania procesu sterowania środkiem transportu ukierunkowana na wymagany jego stan techniczny, na przykładzie suwnicy pomostowej reprezentancie klasy wielkogabarytowych szynowych urządzeń transportowych.

The operation quality and safety, as well as realized tasks by transportation devices in automated manufacturing, depend on information about waited operation (the process), time of her access and running correctness of decision - making system. The paper is describing the supervision methodology of control process of transport device focusing on his overlooked technical state, on the overhead crane example (the representative of the class large dimensional rail transport devices).
