Investigations of the transport possibilities of a new vibratory conveyor equipped with a single electrovibrator

In the present study, a new vibratory conveyor (patent pending) equipped with a single electro-vibrator intended for an accurate material dosage is investigated. The possibilities of material transportation in the circum-resonant zone were investigated analytically and by simulations [1]. Furthermore, the dependencies of the transport velocity of the tested conveyor as functions of the excitation frequency were determined. Favorable excitation frequencies at transports in the main and reversal directions were found, and the high usefulness of the machine in the production lines requiring accurate material dosage was indicated. A control strategy allowing for a sudden stop of the transported material was also proposed.

W artykule proponowane jest zastosowanie systemu RFID jako sposobu na poprawienie efektywności procesu kontroli transportu zwrotnego urządzeń transportowych w przedsiębiorstwie szkółkarskim. W tym celu wskazano potrzebę usprawnień procesu z wykorzystaniem analizy wskaźnikowej oraz dokonano mapowania procesu przed i po wprowadzanych zmianach. Badania symulacyjne z wykorzystaniem danych rzeczywistego przedsiębiorstwa pozwoliły na określenie realnych korzyści z wdrożenia proponowanego rozwiązania. Do badań wykorzystano środowisko Adonis, które zapewnia wsparcie dla modelowania i analizy procesów biznesowych oraz wykazuje potencjał dla ciągłego ulepszania efektywności procesów.

The paper proposes the use of system RFID as a way to improve the efficiency of the process of reverse transport control of transport equipment in the enterprise of arboriculture industry. For this purpose, the ratio analysis is presented and the need for improvements in the process is indicated. The process mapping before and after changes is given. The simulation tests using actual company data allow to determine the advantages of implementing the proposed solution. In the research, software Adonis is used. Adonis provides support for modeling and analysis of business processes and it has the potential for continuous improvement of process efficiency.
