Suszenie płodów rolnych z wykorzystaniem sorbentów naturalnych - jakim jest ziarno tego samego gatunku co ziarno suszone, daje możliwość obniżenia nakładów energetycznych na proces suszenia i dosuszania ziarna. Artykuł przedstawia dynamikę oddawania wilgoci przez ziarno wilgotne i pochłaniania wody przez ziarno przesuszone z uwzględnieniem różnych udziałów masowych ziarna i temperatury czynnika suszącego. Ważnym aspektem takiego suszenia jest jakość nasion podczas suszenia. W związku z tym w artykule przedstawiono innowacyjną metodę oceny jakości ziarna za pomocą komputerowej analizy obrazu.

Drying the agricultural producets using natural sorbents which there are a grain of the same kind as a dried grain, is giving the possibility of reducing the expenditure energy for the process of drying and airing of the grain. The article shows dynamics of giving back to the damp by humid seed and of absorbing water through the grain dried up a little with taking into consideration different mass shares of the grain and temperatures of the drying factor. A quality is an important aspect of such drying of seeds while drying. Therefore in the article an innovative method of the assessment was presented to the quality of the grain with the help of computer analysis of the image.
