Wprowadzanie źródeł odnawialnych i restrukturyzacja zapotrzebowania na energię elektryczną powoduje także konieczność monitorowania i oceny przepięć i zaburzeń typu „transients”. Postuluje się również wprowadzenie oceny zaburzeń przewodzonych prądu o częstotliwościach do 150 kHz. Wymaga to pomiarów odnośnych wielkości w urządzeniach mierzących parametry jakości energii elektrycznej (JEE). Bardzo istotny staje się brak standaryzacji protokołów transmisji danych z urządzeń pomiarowych JEE. Wprowadza to szereg ograniczeń w rozwoju systemów do monitoringu i oceny JEE. Daje się zauważyć działania zmierzające do wprowadzenia standardu komunikacyjnego opartego o protokół IEC 61850 do urządzeń pomiarowych JEE. Raport IEC dotyczący odnośnej normy jest już dostępny. Istotnie zwiększają się także wymagania dotyczące bezpieczeństwa informatycznego dotyczące pozyskiwania, transmisji i gromadzenia danych o jakości energii elektrycznej. Konieczne jest stosowanie znormalizowanych i certyfikowanych rozwiązań w tej dziedzinie.

The applying of renewable power sources and electricity demand restructuring involves also the requirements for the overvoltages and transients monitoring and assessment. An assessment of current conducted disturbances in frequencies up to 150 kHz is postulated as well. So, the relevant quantities in devices measuring the quality of electricity (JEE) should be measured. The lack of standarization of data transmission protocols for JEE devices becomes very important. This introduces limitations on the growth of JEE monitoring and evaluation systems. There are activities aimed at introducing the communication standard based on the IEC 61850 protocol to JEE measuring devices. The IEC report on the relevant standard is now available. IT security requirements for the PQ data acquisition, transmission and collection are also increased significantly. It is necessary to use standardized and certified solutions.

Evaluation of the Impact of Transient Disturbances on Railway Signaling Systems Using an Adapted Time-Frequency Analysis Method

As many other industrial environments, the railway electromagnetic environment is characterized by a large number of electromagnetic signals and disturbances. Among these, transient signals, with high energy level and wide frequency spectrum, represent an important threat to different signaling subsystems. In this paper, a new methodology dedicated to the detection and the characterization of the transient disturbances is presented. Based on a flexible and adjustable time-frequency analysis, this methodology is used to evaluate the impact of transient disturbances on a ground-to-train radio communication. A test bench was developed in order to validate the results of this evaluation.
