Krótka historia umów o transgranicznym transporcie kolejowym w Europie. Opis umów tego rodzaju zawartych przez Polskę z państwami sąsiadującymi. Przykłady niedostosowania obecnych umów do prawa wspólnotowego oraz do współczesnych warunków i potrzeb. Rozważania nad hipotetyczną przyszłością umów transgranicznych między państwami członkowskimi UE oraz między nimi a państwami trzecimi. Propozycja pożądanej treści i formy takich umów.

Short history of the contracts about the transborder rail transport in the Europe. Description of this type of contracts concluded between Poland and the adjoining countries. The examples of non-adjustment of the present contracts both to the community law and to the modern conditions and needs. Deliberations over the hypothetical future of the transborder contracts being concluded between the member states of the European Union, as well as between them and the third states. The proposal of the desirable content and the form of this type of contracts.
