Ważnym obszarem w procesie eksploatacji bezzałogowych statków powietrznych (BSP) jest system szkolenia operatorów i techników. W artykule przedstawiono metody pomiaru i oceny efektywności systemów szkoleniowych za pomocą modelu Kirkpatricka. Model ten autor stosował w badaniach systemu szkolenia personelu lotniczego i prezentuje możliwość jego zastosowania w szkoleniu personelu bezzałogowych statków powietrznych. W opracowaniu przedstawiono narzędzia i metodykę pomiaru efektów szkoleniowych na poszczególnych poziomach modelu Kirkpatricka.

An important field in the process of unmanned aerial vehicles operation (UAV) is the system of training operators and technicians. The article presents methods for measuring and evaluating the effectiveness of training systems using the Kirkpatrick model. This model has been used in the study of the flight crew training system and presents the possibility of its use in the training of unmanned aircraft personnel. The study presents tools and methodology for measuring training effects at individual levels of the Kirkpatrick model.

Ważnym obszarem w procesie eksploatacji bezzałogowych statków powietrznych (BSP) jest system szkolenia operatorów i techników. W niniejszej publikacji zaprezentowane zostały metody pomiaru, oceny efektywności systemów szkoleniowych oraz ich przydatność do stosowania w ocenie efektywności szkolenia personelu bezzałogowych statków powietrznych . Na podstawie wyników badań realizowanych w rzeczywistym systemie szkolenia, opracowano model dostosowania programu i organizacji szkolenia personelu BSP do pomiaru i oceny efektów szkoleniowych.

An important field in the process of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAV) operation is the system of training operators and technicians. The article presents methods for measuring and evaluating the effectiveness of training systems and their suitability for use in assessing the effectiveness of training of unmanned aircraft personnel. Based on the results of the research carried out in the actual training system, a model for adapting the program and organizing training of airline personnel to measure and evaluate training outcomes was developed.

W artykule przedstawiono opis aktualnych systemów szkolenia pilotów wojskowych statków powietrznych. Szczególna uwagę zwrócono na tendencje zmian których celem jest redukcja kosztów zakupu samolotów szkolnych i obciążeń całego systemu szkolenia i eksploatacji statków powietrznych. Przez ostatnie 3 lata na corocznej konferencji Military Pilot Training w Londynie dominowała problematyka zwiększania efektywności szkolenia pilotów samolotów bojowych i operatorów bezzałogowych statków powietrznych. Na konferencji zaprezentowano wyniki eksperymentów szkoleniowych, które polegały na rezygnacji z samolotów pośrednich procesie szkolenia pilotów wojskowych. Uzyskane wyniki pozwalają stwierdzić, że na dobrze zaprojektowanym samolocie szkolnym, takim jak Pilatus PC-21, można realizować zarówno szkolenie podstawowe jak również zaawansowane i następnie przeszkalać pilotów bezpośrednio na docelowy samolot bojowy. Oczywiście należy intensywnie cały ten proces szkolenia wspierać nowoczesnym symulatorem misji 5-tej generacji. Pozwala to postawić tezę, że jest to przyszłościowy innowacyjny system szkolenia, który w sposób znaczący redukuje koszty wyszkolenia pilota samolotu bojowego bez wpływu na jakość szkolenia.

The article presents the description of the current systems of training military aircraft pilots. Particular attention has been paid to the trends of change aimed at reducing the cost of purchasing school aircraft and the burden on the entire training and aircraft operation system. Over the past 3 years, the annual Pilot Training Conference in London has dominated the issue of increasing the effectiveness of training pilots of combat aircraft and unmanned aerial vehicle operators. The results of training experiments were presented on this conference, which presented the abandonment of intermediate airplanes training process of military pilots. The results of different researches allowed to state, that on a welldesigned school airplane, such as the Pilatus PC-21, one can train both basic and advanced trainings and then train pilots directly to the combat aircraft. Of course, all this training process should be intensively supported by the modern mission simulator of the 5th generation. This allows the thesis to be a future, innovative training system that significantly reduces the training costs of a combat aircraft pilot without affecting the quality of the training.

Wysoka liczba wypadków drogowych, szczególnie z udziałem początkujących kierowców oraz ogromne koszty tych wypadków sprawiły, że już w latach 70. ubiegłego wieku rozpoczęto intensywne badania na skalę światową, mające na celu zwiększenie efektywności szkolenia kandydatów na kierowców i kierowców. W referacie przedstawiono międzynarodowe projekty, których celem jest poprawa jakości i skuteczności szkolenia kierowców i tym samym bezpieczeństwa ruchu drogowego.

The high number of road accidents, especially those involving novice drivers, and enormous costs that are generated by these accidents have caused intensive worldwide research already in the 70’s. These research aimed at increasing the effectiveness of training of candidates for drivers as well as drivers. In the article authors have presented international projects, which goal was to improve the quality and effectiveness of drivers’ training and therefore to improve road safety.
