The article presents the main mathematical analytical expression patterns of breaking tractor at work with coupled trailer having a drive wheel. The mathematical analysis of the dynamics to improve the breaking of the tractor aggregate is concluded from the research.

Influence of the pressure control of implement linkage on the performance of a machine unit

The paper describes the results and analyses the simulation of a machine unit using the implement linkage automatic pressure control system. The usefulness of the pressure control system was established based on the performance indicators of the tractor aggregate.

Artykuł opisuje wyniki oraz analizę symulacji pracy agregatu maszynowego z wykorzystaniem automatycznego systemu regulacji ciśnieniowej, sterującego układem zawieszenia narzędzi. Na podstawie oceny wskaźników efektywności funkcjonowania agregatu ciągnikowego stwierdzono przydatność wykorzystanego systemu regulacji ciśnieniowej.

Zagęszczona warstwa gleby utrudnia rozwój roślin i stawia duży opór narzędziom i maszynom uprawowym. W pracy omówiono techniczne sposoby ograniczania i zapobiegania negatywnemu oddziaływaniu środków technicznych na rolę. Pominięto czynniki agrotechniczne, w tym stosowanie uproszczeń w uprawie. W celu zobrazowania podjętej problematyki przytoczono wyniki badań maszyn uprawowych opracowanych w PIMR oraz badań innych autorów. W celu ograniczenia zjawiska zagęszczania roli stosuje się nowe materiały konstrukcyjne do budowy maszyn, wprowadza się innowacyjne rozwiązania układów jezdnych oraz opracowuje się nowe technologie rolnicze.

Compacted soil layer negatively affects the growth of plants, increasing the resistance to soil tillage machines and implements. Paper discussed some technical manners to limiting and preventing the negative impact of mechanical means on the soil. The agrotechnical factors, simplifications in cultivation inclusive, were omitted. To illustrate the problem undertaken, the investigation results of soil tillage machines, conducted by PIMR (Industrial Institute of Agricultural Machines), as well as the research results of other authors, were quoted. In order to reduce the phenomenon of soil compaction, the new construction materials were used to building the machines, innovative solutions were introduced in driving systems; new agricultural technologies are developed, as well.

W artykule zaprezentowano wyniki pomiarów różnic pomiędzy rzeczywistymi odległościami torów jazdy ciągnika rolniczego po polu a założoną ich odległością. Niedokładności powstały podczas prowadzenia ciągnika za pomocą odbiornika GPS.

There were presented in the paper results of measurement of differences between real distances of the drive of a agriculture tractor races on a field and the established distance. These differences were as a result during of drive of the tractor by means of the receiver GPS.

Omówiono konstrukcją prototypu przedniego narzędzia uprawowego. Narzędzie składa się z włóki i wału, a przeznaczone jest do wstępnego doprawiania gleby przed ciągnikiem. Przedstawiono wyniki pomiarów równowagi podłużnej agregatu ciągnikowego prostego i złożonego, pomiarów poślizgów kół ciągnika i oceniono jakość uprawy. Stwierdzono, że narzędzie przednie poprawia stabilność roboczą i transportową agregatu ciągnikowego, a wstępne doprawienie gleby przed ciągnikiem wpływa bardzo korzystnie na końcowy efekt uprawy.

The article presents a prototype structure of a front tillage tool. The tool contains a drag and a roller. This tilling set is fated to secondary tillage in front of the tractor. There are introduced effects of measurements of a longitudinal equilibrium of the simple and complex tractor aggregate, and a tractor wheel spin, and evaluation the tillage quality. There is obsemed that the front tillage tool has improved the working and transporting stability, and the secondary tillage in front of the tractor influence on the final effect of a tillage very advantageously.
