The paper presents the importance of process security as one of the parts of Total Production Maintenance. Knowledge about the standards and factors used in monitoring production processes has been systematized. The good manufacturing practices in production continuity management are presented in the article.

Celem pracy było określenie przyczyn zwiększonego zużycia ciepła na linii rozlewania piwa do puszek w 2010 r. w stosunku do roku 2009 oraz zredukowanie ilości zużycia ciepła przez tę linię do poziomu 23,5 MJ·hl-1, czyli o 0,5 MJ·hl-1. Jedną z nich były wady pasteryzatora tunelowego, które spowodowały zwiększenie zużycia ciepła do poziomu 18,2 MJ·hl-1. Założono redukcję zużycia ciepła przez pasteryzator o 2,2 MJ·hl-1, czyli do poziomu 16 MJ·hl-1. Dla zrealizowania postawionego celu zastosowano system Total Productive Management oraz analizę Pareto. W efekcie poczynionych zmian zredukowano zużycie ciepła przez pasteryzator do założonego poziomu, co dało roczne oszczędności kosztów produkcji o ok. 90 tys. PLN i obniżenie ogólnego wskaźnika zużycia ciepła przez browar o 0,8%.

The objective of the paper was to determine the increased heat consumption on the line of pouring beer into cans in 2010 in comparison to 2009 and reduction of the amount of heat consumption by this line to the level of 23.5 MJ·hl-1 that is by 0.5 MJ·hl-1. One of them were defaults of a tunnel pasteurizer, which caused the increase of heat consumption to the level of 18.2 MJ·hl-1. Reduction of heat consumption by a pasteurizer by 2.2 MJ·hl-1, that it to the level of 16 MJ·hl-1 was assumed. For execution of the objective, the Total Productive Management system and Pareto analysis were applied. As a result of the changes, heat consumption by a pasteurizer was reduced to the assumed level which resulted in annual savings of production costs by approx. PLN 90 thousand and lowering a general index of heat consumption by a brewery by 0.8%.

The aim of this paper is to show the possibilities of improving the exploitation effectiveness of technological machines with the process evaluation-based method. This method consists in the identification and distinguishing the processes that have a major impact on the realization of goals and the function of a particular system as well as on determining the priorities of their development. It also includes the improvement and verification of these processes in order to evaluate the realized activities. The method presented was implemented in the real production conditions and the effects of this undertaking were described in this paper.

W pracy przedstawiono porównanie wskaźników oceny jakości pracy linii rozlewu piwa do butelek zwrotnych w browarze przed- i po wprowadzeniu organizacji pracy opartej na filozofii Total Productive Management. Uzyskane efekty doprowadziły do obniżenia kosztów rozlewu, wzrostu wydajności i spadku awaryjności linii oraz do wzrostu poziomu wiedzy pracowników, co jest jednym z filarów tego systemu.

Paper present comparison of operation quality indexes for beer filling line into returnable bottles in a brewery, before and after implementation of work arrangement based on Total Productive Management philosophy. These changes led to filling cost decrease, higher effectivity and drop in line downtime as well as to better knowledge level of the employees which was one of the fundamental principles of this system.

W pracy przedstawiono porównanie wskaźników oceny jakości pracy linii rozlewu piwa do beczek w browarze przed i po wprowadzeniu nowej organizacji pracy opartej na zasadach Total Productive Management (TPM). Uzyskane efekty w postaci zwiększenia wydajności i poprawy wszystkich wskaźników oceny przełożyły się na znaczące oszczędności finansowe, które już w pierwszym okresie przewyższyły koszty wprowadzenia tego systemu organizacji pracy.

The paper presents comparison of quality evaluation ratios for beer barrel bottling line at the brewery before and after implementation of the new work organization based on Total Productive Management (TPM) procedures. Achieved effects in form of increased performance and improvement of all evaluation ratios translated into considerable cost savings, which already in the first period surpassed the costs of implementation of this work organization system.
