Przedstawiono wyniki analizy obciążeń belek torów suwnicami według zmieniających się norm polskich oraz normy europejskiej i porównano z wynikami badań doświadczalnych. Przeanalizowano problem ukosowania suwnicy, który w polskiej normie uwzględnia się od 1986 r. oraz obecnie według normy PN-EN 1991-3. Wyniki badań nie potwierdziły istnienia zjawiska ukosowania podczas jazdy wzdłuż toru.

In this paper results analysis of load for beams of cranes paths, depending on the Polish standard by one changing and the European standard were presented and they were compared with results of research. A problem of chamfering of the crane is being taken into account in the Polish standard from 1986 and the same issue at present is being brought up in the PN-EN 1991-3. The results of research didn't confirm the existence of the phenomenon of chamfering during the movement along the path.

The paper presents the reasons and range of damages of crane track of gantry cranes in 1998. The reasons of crane collapse were the design mistakes (no transverse and longitudinal reinforced of crane track), bed quality of work (low strength of concrete) and maintenance errors - no repairing during all the life time of structures. The left crane was sheared at the plane of contact an old foundation and new concrete. The rail slacken and one of the gantry cranes collapsed. Method of crane track retrofitting and surface care after repairing was described.

Omówiono dwa sposoby regulacji jezdni podsuwnicowej, w której stwierdzono liniowe i kątowe osiadanie stóp fundamentowych oraz niedostateczną sztywność giętną słupów.

Methods of adjustment of the overhead crane track assembled on steel supporting structure and showing deformations caused by linear and angular displacements of spread footings are described.
