The problem of the draught strength intensification of thread during its pneumatic transport was considered. The programmed change of straight thread configuration for the undulated one causes increasing of the draught strength. It result from the slanted stream flow, which is the factor of the growth not only for the drag coefficient but for draught strength of th thread as well. Using numerical methods made the calculation.
