Przedmiotem niniejszego opracowania jest przeanalizowanie ewolucji teorii, podejść i technik stosowanych w zarządzaniu. Jej celem jest zbadanie ewolucji teorii stosowanych w zarządzaniu, przybliżenie ich oraz opisanie współczesnego podejścia do niego. Głównym problemem poznawczym niniejszego artykułu jest analiza ewolucji podejść teoretycznych funkcjonujących w literaturze przedmiotu oraz wskazanie ich wpływu na kształt współczesnej filozofii zarządzania. Stosując metodę opisu i analizy treści wybranych opracowań naukowych, dokonano systematyzacji zagadnień związanych z tematem artykułu i na podstawie przeanalizowanych materiałów zastanych dokonano ich autorskiej analizy. Wykazano, że obserwacja zachodzących w gospodarce przeobrażeń, umiejętność dostrzegania rzeczywistych problemów i procesów organizacyjnych, ich wnikliwa diagnoza i analiza, stanowi zaczątek do rozwijania funkcjonujących teorii naukowych dotyczących zarządzania, jak również ich uaktualniania i redefiniowania.

The subject of this article is to analyse evolution of theories, attitudes and techniques used in management. The aim of this essay is to study evolution of theories used in management, acquaint with the ways of creating it and to describe nowadays approach to managing and organizing. The main issue of this paper is to analyse theoretical attitudes functioning in the subjects literature and to reveal their influence over philosophy of management. The subject-matter extorted by author leave to play the main role of analysing the aim of the article to the review of common literature and publications. The author proved, that observation of transformations in market economy and their careful diagnosis along with conducted analysis concludes with development of theories around management, together with their updating and redefinig. The main conclusion of this article is that no other science has that high level of dependence between theory and practice as management. That relationship results with immediate innovation and testing of any new theories and putting them in practice.

The article has scientific-theoretical character. Reflection over methodology is necessary in the area of management sciences or within supply chain management on the level of the field of study. General discussion to this subject requires the initiative of both systematizing problems and the knowledge. The article will include the analysis of the use of the methodological knowledge in management studies, with particular reference of the general scientific method and paradigms and systematization of theoretical achievements of this discipline in the context of criteria distinguishing scientific statements.

The origin of the radiation chemistry history is contemporary with the X-rays and uranic rays discoveries. The complexity of the phenomena induced by the radiation effects, which involve electrons, ions and free radicals and a specific spatial distribution of the energy deposit along the tracks, was progressively understood, particularly when pulse radiolysis and time-resolved detection permitted to observe the short-lived transient species and to explain the chemical or biochemical mechanims. This short review summarizes the most important landmarks of the concepts and their applications.

It has been 100 years since the first attempts at trying to explain why road accidents happen. There have been a number of theories and models studying this and road safety has become a field of scientific study. The paper will present how the theories and models of road safety developed and how they are used for road safety management. Four groups of the most advanced theories are distinguished: static theories, causal theories, system and behavioral theories. This division of the theories is followed in the models used for road safety analyses and studies.

Minęło już 100 lat, kiedy podjęto pierwsze próby badań zmierzające do wyjaśnienia różnych aspektów powstawania wypadków drogowych. W tym okresie narodziło się wiele teorii i modeli wyjaśniających aspekty powstawania wypadków drogowych. W artykule będzie przedstawiony rozwój teorii i modeli stosowanych w badaniach bezpieczeństwa ruchu drogowego oraz wykorzystywanych w zarządzaniu bezpieczeństwem ruchu drogowego. Wyróżniono cztery grupy najbardziej rozwiniętych teorii: teorie statystyczne, teorie przyczynowe, teorie systemowe i teorie behawioralne. Według tak podzielonych teorii sklasyfikowano modele stosowane w badaniach i analizach bezpieczeństwa ruchu drogowego.
