W artykule wykazano potrzebę korzystania z logistyki przy opracowaniu przez gminy systemów gospodarowania odpadami. Systemy logistyczne gospodarowania odpadami zapewniają efektywne zarządzanie całością procesów, a także ułatwiają pokonanie trudności w realizacji przepisów prawnych oraz planowaniu kosztownych i długotrwałych inwestycji. Aspekt edukacyjny systemu logistycznego jest pomocny w rozwijaniu świadomości ekologicznej społeczeństwa. Jako przykład, w artykule oceniono nowy system gospodarowania odpadami w m.st. Warszawie pod kątem spełniania wymogów systemu logistycznego. Zbadano także realizację zaplanowane systemu. Ponadto oceniono efekty trzyletniego okresu wdrażania reformy w gospodarowaniu odpadami komunalnymi.

The article shows the need for the use of logistics by municipalities in developing the waste management systems. Logistics systems of waste management provide efficient management the whole of processes and also they are helpful in the implementation of legislation and planning costly and long-term investments. Educational aspect of the logistics system is helpful in developing environmental awareness. As an example, the new waste management system in the Capital City Warsaw is rated. Also it has been studied the implementation of the planned system. Moreover, there are summarized the effects of the three-year implementation of the reform in the management of municipal waste.

Artykuł koncentruje się na zebraniu wyników przeprowadzonych badań w kierunku identyfikacji czynników, które pozwolą na sprawne zarządzanie strategiczne przedsiębiorstwami mającymi potencjał do przystąpienia do układu sieciowego. Znalezienie kluczowych czynników pozwoli na określenie, czy istnieje potencjalny lider klastra, czy przedsiębiorstwa z sektora MSP posiadają potencjał rozwoju. Wszystkie te elementy stwarzają możliwość dla budowania logistyki sieciowego układu, skupiając w głównej mierze swoją uwagę na produkcji i dystrybucji.

The subject taken in article is focused on the presentation of research results towards identifying factors that will allow for efficient strategic management in enterprises with the potential to join the network layouts. Finding the key factors will determine if there is a potential cluster leader or is the businesses in the SME sector have the potential for development. All these elements provide an opportunity for building a logistic network system, focusing mainly its attention to the economy of production and distribution.
