W artykule przedstawiono ewolucję badań systemowych na tle współczesnych problemów metodologicznych w obszarze bezpieczeństwa systemów społecznych i systemów technicznych. Przyjęto, że współczesne badania systemowe obejmują metodologię holistyczno-systemową, liczne teorie systemów oraz analizę systemową i inżynierię systemów. Uwzględniono doświadczenia badań operacyjnych i RAND Corporation. Stwierdzono, że o wartości współczesnych badań systemowych w obszarze nauk o bezpieczeństwie stanowią zastosowania modeli systemów (sieci) oraz metody i techniki ewaluacyjne i decyzyjne.

The article presents the evolution of systemic research in the area of security of social systems, and technical systems, acknowledging various contemporary methodological problems. It is assumed that the modern systemic studies include holistic-system methodology, numerous systems theories, as well as system analysis, and systems engineering. Operational research and RAND Corporation were taken also into account. It is the understanding that the value of modern systemic research in the area of security sciences is the application of system models (networks), as well as evaluation with decision methods and techniques.

W artykule przedstawiono propozycje dotyczące wykorzystania teorii i techniki systemów przy rozwiązywaniu problemów obsługiwania obiektów technicznych. Omówiono problematykę, podano definicje i określenia dotyczące eksploatacji obiektów, omówiono jej specyfikację i złożoność, a w tym problematykę obsługiwania będącego składnikiem eksploatacji. Przedstawiono elementy teorii i techniki systemów i na tej podstawie omówiono eksploatację i obsługiwanie w ujęciu systemowym. Podano zasady eksploatacji i zasady obsługiwania oraz ich interpretację. Zwrócono uwagę na czynniki, które powinny być uwzględniane przy rozwiązywaniu problemów obsługiwania w ujęciu systemowym.

The paper presents suggestions about the use of systems theory and engineering in finding solutions to problems related to the maintenance of technological objects. Relevant issues have been discussed as well as definitions and terms related to the maintenance of objects provided. Specificity and complexity of maintenance of objects was discussed including maintenance issues as a component of the latter. On the grounds of presented elements of systems theory and engineering operation and maintenance from system approach perspective was discussed. The rules of operation and maintenance together with their interpretation have been given in the paper. Attention was directed to the factors that should be considered when solving the maintenance problems using system approach.
