Celem pracy jest pokazanie własności dynamicznych budynku jako pewnej geometrii, w której czas stanowi jeden z wymiarów. Zmiany temperatury wewnątrz budynku są rozpatrywane jako trajektorie ruchu w tej geometrii. Pokazano, że geodezyjne w tej geometrii - trajektorie minimalizujące zużycie ciepła - pozwalają na wyznaczenie czasu włączenia ogrzewania. Zaletą tego sposobu patrzenia na dostawę ciepła do budynku jest potraktowanie własności dynamicznych układu budynek - instalacja grzewcza - układ regulacji jako własności statycznych.

In a middle of XIX century works of Bernhard Riemann and Carl Friedrich Gauss has changed the geometry. Classical Euclidean geometry was converted to more general differential geometry. It was used in general relativity concept. In this paper Einstein's idea of using differential geometry to description of the universe was adopted to describe an industrial process. Every industrial process can be described by set of differential equations forming state-space . Those equations are generating a geometry in which geodesic lines are interesting. During heat supply to a building geodesic of an air temperature inside of a building are simultaneously minimizing heat demand. This is interesting both technically and economically. Paper describes dynamical model of a process in form of a transfer function, where t'zi - temperature of a water in supply pipe of a heater. Then it is shown classical interpretation of surface embedded in 3D space, tzew - outside temperature, - time and new interpretation using Riemann metric tensor. An example of geodesic calculation was shown. Results was compared to results of convolution describing process.
