Znacimoj problemoj pri proektirovanii naruznyh ograzdausih konstrukcij (v tom cisle svetoprozracnyh) dla holodnyh klimaticeskih zon Rossii i drugih stran, avlaetsa ocenka vozmoznosti i dopustimosti ih primenenia. V nastoasij moment kriterij ocenki primenimosti v avnom vide v normativnyh dokumentah otsutstvuet. Avtorami proveden bol’soj ob’em eksperimental’nyh i teoreticeskih rabot s cel’u vyrabotki kriteriev ocenki diapazona primenimosti dannogo klassa konstrukcij dla razlicnyh klimaticeskih regionov Rossii.

A significant problem in the design of external enclosing structures (including window and certain walls) cold climatic zones of Russia and other countries, is to evaluate the possibility and admissibility of their application. At the moment, the criterion of applicability explicitly in the regulations is missing. The authors conducted a large amount of experimental and theoretical work to develop criteria for the assessment of the range of applicability of this class of designs for different climatic regions of Russia.
