The short range order of liquid Al and Zn is analyzed from point of view of both homogeneous and microinhomogeneous model. The configurational electron models are also used to study the transformation of atomic distribution and electron spectrum structure. It is shown the exists high probability of smeared phase transition in liquid aluminium at higher temperatures. Taking into account the experimental results and the structural changes the technological recommendation of thermal cooling parameters, mechanical influence on molten alloy near crystallization point and influence of sound of high and low frequency are proposed. From the laboraty testing and investigation it is shown that these all factors significantly improve the technology of covering from liquid state. It is also found that atomic distribution of liquid Zn is close to the crystalline structure of Fe. For the liquid Al the discrepancies between structure of solid Fe and liquid are more significant.
