Cluster analysis of existing technoparks in developed countries

This article provides a cluster analysis of existing technoparks, the sample of which was built according to the completeness of the data presented on the official websites of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation and the terms of operation. The analysis is carried out in order to determine the best components of the effectiveness of the development of the technopark movement in Russia. According to the analysis of this article, we can talk about a weak relationship between the three sub-indices: the activities of the management company, the activities of residents, the activities of regional authorities. The obtained data can serve as a starting base for further construction of an econometric model of the efficiency factors of technoparks.

Analiza rynków europejskich oraz rynku amerykańskiego pozwala zauważyć, że firmy tam operujące coraz częściej sięgają po rozwiązania e-learningowe. Do kluczowych czynników powodujących dynamiczny rozwój tych metod szkoleniowych należy zaliczyć m.in.: zwiększenie efektywności czasowej i kosztowej szkoleń, dostęp do wiedzy w miejscu pracy, możliwość szybkiego przeszkolenia pracowników w sytuacji dużej rotacji kadry. Dzięki temu e-learning staje się jednym z instrumentów wspomagających proces tworzenia wiedzy w organizacji. Dotyczy to w szczególności organizacji działających w niezwykle burzliwym i zmiennym otoczeniu, podlegającym procesom transformacji i zmian. Dzięki swoim zaletom pozwala na zwiększenie ogólnej efektywności organizacji i stanowi element przewagi konkurencyjnej.

The paper discusses the problems concerning organisation of the park and the development of enterprises within the park. The concepts of the new role of the park, its management and development functions have been presented. The five star analysis adopted in the project as the tool for designing and defining the development objectives and stimulating innovative solutions and co-operation within the park results in considerable intensification of the management processes. The paper includes also the analysis of competence in creation of consulting products applied in the development processes in the park.
