W artykule przedstawiono modele przetwarzania zasobów w sieciach technologicznych z punktu widzenia ich zastosowań w procesach zarządzania kryzysowego reaktorami technologicznymi należącymi do infrastruktury krytycznej państwa. Artykuł nawiązuje do materiału publikacji „Operacje na sieciach zdarzeń” również przedstawionego do publikacji w czasopiśmie „Logistyka” 5/2014. Przedmiotem rozważań są następujące grupy zagadnień: Zasoby i zbiorowości zasobów a w tym: interpretacje, klasy, odmiany i struktury teoriomnogościowe zasobów; Transformacje logistyczne zasobów i mechanizmy ich przetwarzania; Zagrożenia, podatności i ryzyko funkcjonowania reaktorów technologicznych; Formuły technologiczne sieci transformującej oraz Wnioski wskazujące na perspektywiczność systemowego ujęcia problematyki ciągłości działania procesów technologicznych w strukturach sieci transformujących.

The paper presents the models of processing resources in the network technology from the point of view of their use in crisis management processes of technological reactors belonging to the critical infrastructure (CI) of the state. The article refers to the material published "Operations on Network Events" also submitted for publication in the journal "Logistics" 5/2014. Under consideration are the following issues: Resources and community of resources including: interpretations, class, variety and structure of the set-theoretic resources; Transformations logistical resources and mechanisms of their processing; Hazards, vulnerability and risk of the operations of technology reactors; Formulas of technology transforming networks and applications indicating the prospectivity systemic approach issues of business continuity processes in the structures of transformation networks.

With popularization of mobile computing and diverse offer of mobile devices providing functionality comparable to personal computers, the necessity of providing network access for such users cannot be disputed. The requirement is further reinforced by emergence of general purpose mobile operating systems which provide their full functionality only with network connectivity available and popular XaaS (Everything as a Service) approach. In this situation and combined with the fact that most Internet-based services are able to function efficiently even in best effort environment, requirement of ubiquity of network access becomes one of the most important elements of today’s computing environment. This paper presents a general overview of the the vast group of mechanisms and technologies utilized in modern attempts to efficiently provide ubiquity on network access in heterogeneous environment of today’s access systems. It starts with division of users interested in ubiquitous network access into broad groups of common interest, complete with their basic requirements and access characteristics, followed by a survey of both already popular and new wireless technologies suitable to provide such access. Then a general discussion of most important challenges which must be addressed while attempting to fulfill the above goal is provided, addressing topics such as handover control and mobility management.
