Artykuł przedstawia opis najważniejszych wad technologicznych ścian zewnętrznych trójwarstwowych w budynkach wielkopłytowych. Dokonano przeglądu metod wzmacniania łączników stalowych warstw fakturowych i nośnych oraz naprawy ubytków w złączach płyt systemów wielkopłytowych. Opracowano wnioski dotyczące właściwego przygotowania warstwy fakturowej dla zapewnienia właściwej trwałości systemów termomodernizacyjnych.

Description of most important defects of technological external triple layered cavity walls in prefabricated buildings is presented in the paper. Review of method of reinforcement steel ties in cavity walls and refilling and repairs of wastes in external skin is performed. Conclusions for affirmation of suitable preparation of external wall surface for realization of insulation work are finally processed.

A rotor wheel is one of important knots of circulation pump and, in spite of rigorisms at making, the grounded comparison of results of calculations of the tensely-deformed state and experimental information is required for providing of high reliability of construction. For realization of this problem a calculation model designing the defect of welding stitches between shoulder-blades and basic and covering disks as the gap of similar to the crack is offered. This model in future will be used for estimation of reliability construction and extension of resource of driving wheel.
