W artykule przedstawiono działania Instytutu Techniki Górniczej KOMAG w zakresie komercjalizacji wyników badań naukowych i prac rozwojowych, zrealizowanych w 2016 roku. Omawiając ekosystem innowacji zwrócono uwagę na istotną rolę, jaką w procesach innowacyjnych odgrywa prosument. Zaproponowano, aby do oceny efektywności transferu innowacyjnych rozwiązań stosować metodę audytu technologicznego, która uwzględnia zarówno aspekty techniczne, finansowo-ekonomiczne, jak i stopień ryzyka.

Some activities of the KOMAG Institute of Mining Technology, in the domain of commercialization of research and development projects’ results, realized in 2016, are presented. While describing the ecosystem of innovations special attention is paid to an essential role played by a prosumer. It is suggested to use a technological audit method for an assessment of efficiency of innovative solutions’ transfer as it includes both technical, financial and economical aspects as well as a risk level.

W artykule przestawiono propozycję systemowego zarządzania technologią. Zaprezentowany system został przygotowany zgodnie z założeniami podobnymi do założeń systemu zarządzania jakością według normy ISO 9001. Podano typowe składowe technologii (elementy, materiały, produkty), typowy cykl życia technologii, główne cele zarządzania technologią oraz doskonalenie obecnie stosowanej technologii. Opisano kluczowe procesy w zarządzaniu technologią. Szczególną uwagę autorzy zwrócili na wymagania, które powinny być spełnione, aby uzyskać właściwe korzyści dla przedsiębiorstwa. Podano wskazówki co do potrzebnej dokumentacji oraz procesu projektowania, wdrażania i doskonalenia systemu zarządzania technologią. Proponowany system może być wdrożony w wielu przedsiębiorstwach w zakresie technologii, podobnie jak system zarządzania innowacjami. Autorzy podali możliwe efekty takiego wdrożenia.

In the article the proposal of technology management system (TMS) is presented. This technology system management was elaborated similary as the quality management system in accordance with the standard ISO 9001. In this work the general and joint features of technology, different types (elements, materials, products), typical life cycle of technology and the main goals of the technology management are presented. Additionally, the characteristic of the key processes in this system is described. The authors pay special attention to show the requirements, which should be fulfilled in the technology management system to generate the benefits for an enterprise. Besides, in the work the proposals of necessary documents and records, which we should have in technology management system are described. In the presented work the way of designing, implementing and supporting (improvements) of TMS is shown. This TMS in many enterprises can be similar as an innovation management system. Authors describe the possible effects of implementing the TMS, too.
